Our three-story building contains 40-apartments designed for senior citizens, 62 years and older, and mobility impaired persons, 18 years and older, who seek a carefree and low maintenance living lifestyle.
You will enjoy having many options at Wildwood Manor, to have fun and socialize with those who share your interests or take a quiet walk to enjoy the secluded garden areas on and around the premises.
If or when you need it, Unity Medical Center is just three miles away, providing in-patient and outpatient care, and a skilled nursing facility.
When qualifying for the affordable housing subsidy program, residents pay only 30% of their adjusted gross income for rent and the Federal Government pays the remainder.
To determine eligibility for residency, you must be at least 62 years of age or require the features of a mobility impaired apartment, and meet the annual income requirements set by the Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD). Current income guidelines published by HUD are effective April 1, 2018:
