"I had the misfortune of sustaining a broken bone and severe muscle strain, and the good fortune of being supported by the short-term Transitional Rehabilitation unit at Haven Homes in Maple Plain. The high quality individualized services given by the therapists was substantially matched by the coordinated services of the nursing staff, Aides, and personnel in each department. Through personalized care and support at beautiful Haven Homes, I was able to return to my home in just over a week. on a scale of 1 to 10, I give Haven Homes a 12!" The rooms were beautiful, private bath, comfortable bed, and great view. The staff, at all levels were very competent and friendly. I appreciated that all of my care was well coordinated. Planning for my discharge and follow up care was flawless.

The apartments were alright. As far as activities went, they watch TV and play a little bit of Wii, and that was about it. They had a courtyard in the middle. I would recommend Haven Homes of Maple Plain if they were cheaper. The staff were great. My mother was in it for a while.
