I was told I couldn’t see my own doctor. And if I did they were going to pack my stuff up and I would have to leave. I was really sick wanted seconded opinion not satisfied with their doctor. I left anyway to find out I had pneumonia they said I had asthma wanted to give me a high buck inhaler. When I came back I pack up my stuff and left. Didn’t sign nothing. I wouldn’t leave my own parents their. I couldn’t get help with the bathroom I was a fall patient need supervision where we’re they. And we’re not going to talk about the physical male therapist that wanted to catch me taking a bath. He had no business knocking on the tub room door and walking in!!

My mom was in Camilia Rose Care Center. I was very happy with them. I can't get over how helpful and kind they were; these were my two biggest things. The facility was clean and decorated nicely. You had to wear masks, get your temperature taken, and fill out a survey if you had any symptoms.

My father-in-law spent several weeks here supposedly to rehab after being in the hospital. I was not impressed from the moment I walked in. Things seemed old and unkempt. The tables and floor in the common area were always in need of cleaning/vacuuming. The main reason for my low rating is that my father-in-law fell 3 times while there. The third time caused a huge black eye on a third of his face. A day later he went to the hospital where he subsequently died.

Awful. We are livid and heart broken. We understood that we were unable to see mom due to Covid, so we dropped off many of her favorite chocolate bars with greeting cards for her at the reception desk so we could show our love for her from a distance. She had bad fingers so she would have needed assistance getting the candy bars open and opening the cards. Our mother passed away and in her belongings we found all the chocolate bars and all the unopened cards we had left for her. The staff repeatedly told us she was given a chocolate bar every day and was told it was from us. (We called several times a week to see how she was doing.) On the one and only window visit we were able to have, we discovered her hearing aid was misplaced so she was unable to speak with us, only wave at us. In addition, the hearing aid was broken into pieces twice during 3 months and it was lost once and needed to be replaced. She would not have been able to destroy the hearing aid on her own. She was without a hearing aid for weeks each time it needed to be remade. Her glasses had been lost for months per the staff and we were not notified so we could replace them. So during her stay: WHAT ELSE WERE THEY LYING TO US ABOUT? DO NOT TRUST this place!! We cannot comment on the food, facilities, or activities, we were never allowed in.

I was a resident for one day and ended up in the hospital because staff did not give me my meds at the designated time and I was taken to the U of M by ambulance because of confusion and disorientation. I would not recommend this facility to no one. It was nice for one day until I was discharged from the hospital 5 days later and they were going to put me on third floor with all the dementia patients. It was an awful experience.

Refuses to use military insurance causing improper billing.... Meds are free through military insurance except co pay. Administration and social worker states they have taken care of it but its still happening for 7+ months. It's costs us 100s extra and a headache. The third floor staff needs coaching to effectively manage.
