My mother is at the independent living here. The food is excellent and the staff is incredible, that's what makes the place so good. Everybody wants to be there. It's not just a job, everybody that we met has just been first class. They go way out of their way. They have an in-house activities director and she's there five days a week. When you first become a resident the life enrichment director has you fill out a form on what your hobbies are, or likes, and they cater to your likes. For example, if they're doing art class and you don't like art, they won't try to include you. But if they're doing music and you like music, they'll try to make sure that you sign up for it or they go and ask you. They're incredible, the whole team is just incredible. It's one of the cleanest facilities we've looked at, that's why we went with them. My wife is a professional cleaner so she notices these things that other people don't, and this place is super clean. From the other place we've toured, they're the best price, and biggest bang for the buck.

My friend moved in. I was really impressed. They were nice and friendly, and it went really well. All of their apartments are really nice, spacious, and really clean. We're happy with it. The staff was really friendly and do what they're supposed to do. There are activities like bingo, exercising, and cards. The food is very good.

It was very good, which was why I recommended it to my mother. She will be moving there at the beginning of next month. I chose it because I really wanted some place very close to where I live and it was bright and sunny with lots of rooms. The apartments were very nice. The people all seemed very happy. The lady that showed me around, Belinda, was nice and very helpful in explaining things and answering questions. I had a complete tour of the place. I was impressed. I could very much picture my mother living there, so I brought all the information to her ,and she said, “Sure. Let’s do it." I thought the security was very good. You had to have a key or somebody would have to walk you in the door. I thought the price was very reasonable considering what they were offering. Everything looked good to me.

It was very nice. My wife and I went through it first and thought that this one was probably one of the better deals for my parents. Then, my sister and brother wanted to come through it with us, and I didn’t realize that my mom was so claustrophobic that she couldn’t go on elevators. This one was three levels, so you have to use the elevator. That was an issue. We met a couple of ladies from the staff who were very nice and helpful. They had a huge parking lot for visitors; at some of the other places I visited, I couldn’t find a place to park as a visitor. I really liked it. They had a lot of people who were really nice, the rooms were nice, and it would have been a nice fit for my parents. They showed us the menu, then gave us an apple pie that was really good. As far as value for what you get there, I would rate it a five. My wife and I were really impressed.

My dad is in here. It’s close to where I live, and we’re familiar with the system. The staff is really nice, and very welcoming. The rooms are really nice. It’s clean, and safe. The food is really good. Sometimes, I go and have lunch with my dad, and it’s well-balanced. I feel like they are careful about the sodium in the patients’ diet. They have a lot of activities. They have religious services. They have movies, and bingo. They take them out to activities in the community. So far, we are doing OK, and we are very pleased.
