I was at All American Assisted Living at Wareham for a cookout. The place was friendly. It's relatively new, so the whole place was clean and well-kept. I passed by the dining area and it was very nice. It had tablecloths in it. The employees were friendly and nice, too. A woman named Bonnie has invited me to come back for another cookout. Everybody that I saw was sitting outdoors at tables and chairs taking part in this cookout, and they had live music. It was a pleasant place.

All American Assisted Living at Wareham was pretty nice. I went there at about 11:00, and they were having Barbie's Day as one of the activities. All the residents that were down there were dressed in pink dresses, and I thought it was cute. It looked like they were having fun. The staff was nice. I especially liked where it was located. It was among a lot of cranberry bogs, and my mom loves cranberry bogs. It was in a nice, open area, so there was a lot of fresh air coming through. The rooms were very clean and spacious. They didn't have one-bedroom rooms. They had studio rooms and two-bedroom rooms. I was looking for a one-bedroom room, and they were very willing to accommodate me and give my mother a two-bedroom room. They said they would block off one room. They had a display of the meal that you were going to eat that day, and it looked great and very appetizing. The atmosphere was very upbeat. All the staff had a great attitude. Everyone seemed happy to meet me. They even came up to me and said hello before I was introduced to them.

All American Assisted Living at Wareham is close to where I live. The place is very, very nice and the people are very nice. The people that I met there seemed professional. They have a couple of different floor plans. They have a shared room where they have separate rooms for themselves. It's not an open plan. It's just two separate rooms and then a little living room area with a cute little kitchen area and a bathroom. They get lots of activities. They have a library, a game room (where they can play chess, checkers, cards, and Scrabble), a beauty salon, a media room, an activities room if they want to do arts and crafts, and a pool table. They do field trips and stuff to local areas. They have a nice dining room where they plan out meals. If the residents don't like it, they've got a secondary menu. The lady that I talked to was very nice and very knowledgeable. She was one of the ladies in charge. We were walking around and she was talking to residents by name. She knows their names and they know her. She's very interactive.

My mother has moved into All American Assisted Living at Wareham. I like that the rooms are two-bedroom units, so they always have a roommate. They have a secure outside courtyard, and they provide a lot of activities for the residents. The staff is very caring. They make time for everyone. They don't seem stressed. Even though they may be, they have very good attitudes. She's in memory care. The food is very good.

My brother was at All American Assisted Living at Wareham. One thing I was disappointed about was that he had developed a case of edema when the doctor's recommendation was a no-salt diet. They told me they couldn't accommodate that. They don't have special diets, which surprises me as many elderly people have special diets. It was a locked-down facility, and they had a tiny little courtyard you could go out to, but it was just more compact and more confined. Early on it was fine, but as my brother's dementia and physical abilities decreased, it was difficult for them to manage him at their facility. The staff was great. I loved them and the facility was beautiful. It was gorgeous. It was well-kept and extremely well-maintained. The maintenance crew was great. It's just that given the fact that I was paying a good, fair amount but I couldn't get a special diet and real exercise, I think there wasn't a real value in the money.

We toured All American Assisted Living at Wareham, and it was wonderful. It was beautiful. It was well taken care of. They were very, very informative. They were very patient with my dad because he's 90 years old and walks very slow. They answered every question he had, and my dad was ready to move in before we left. The rooms were perfect. They've just enough room that Dad can be comfortable and not feel all closed in. He enjoyed the rooms a lot. They're very open. They're very airy. The windows are nice and large, so the sun comes in. He liked it. The place was flawless. It's just a well-taken-care facility. We didn't get a chance to sample the food, but we saw the menu, and my dad, who loves to eat, just saw everything on there that he likes. They were having a Christian sing-along in one of the main rooms. There was a get-together in the main living room, and it looked like they were doing activities in the room where they were playing cards. So there were a lot of things going on that he liked.

All American Assisted Living at Wareham was a very nice assisted living community. I say it's a very nice assisted living community. Everything was nice from the rooms to the living areas, to the staff, and the outdoor areas were beautiful. A lot of things to engage their tenants. They had a nice dining room. Plus they had a nice cafe. If you didn't want to eat in the big dining room, you could eat in the cafe. They have a little pub in there, where I think they have little happy hours, get-togethers daily. They have trips. You can go to your medical appointments with the van that goes on Tuesdays and Thursdays. Free laundry. If you're going to do it yourself, or somebody in your family, I think it's a small fee if you have somebody there to do it for you. Just very cozy. Lots of activities. It's very nice.

All American Assisted Living at Wareham was very nice. I was impressed with the facility and they have in-house doctors and nurses that are there in the facility on certain days during the week and on-call during the weekends and holidays. We didn't experience any meals there, but they had a nice dining hall. They also had another small dining area where you could just come and go and eat snacks. There were just certain times that you could go down for breakfast, lunch, and dinner, and if you have any kind of a memory problem, they would have people go up and get you to bring you downstairs. We only met the salesperson there, but everyone that was walking around looked very helpful. We didn't see a lot of interaction other than residents walking up and down the hallway and they were calling the residents by their first and last names. It was like they knew who was walking around, so that was pretty good. The staff during the tour was very knowledgeable. The facility was very clean. There wasn't any clutter. It was very nicely decorated. It was like a home away from home.

I like the All American Assisted Living at Wareham. The first thing that drew me to them was their service and their responsiveness. They were the first one that responded. During that period, I had COVID, so I really couldn't see the place, so they offered me a virtual tour and they did that very quickly. Then as soon as I was over COVID, I called and the director there gave me an actual tour and showed me all the different rooms and what was available. The thing that struck me about the place is that it was extremely clean. I checked out the dining area, and I was pretty impressed with the menu that they had. I was in the food business, so I do look at things in terms of health consciousness. When you walk into the dining area, they have the menu for the day and then beside the menu for the day, they actually have a plate with the actual food that they're going to be serving, so people know what they're going to be looking at, and I was pretty impressed with that. Then I went to a conference room, and I asked all these questions and the director was very forthcoming with all of the answers. I asked her if she had a brochure, and she gave me the brochure, and she's followed through. She has been following through, and she calls constantly to see how things are going. She is really very on with this. I'm very, very impressed with All American and their response. We haven't tried the food yet, but I looked at the menu and it looked like a very well-balanced meal that the residents were getting. I talked to the nurses, the physical therapists, and the occupational therapists, and they all seemed really kind, caring people, and that's the environment I want to get my mother into. I'm extremely impressed. I was in the service business, so I liked the service that they've given me. I like the care that they I've seen when they're dealing with the people, who are living at the assisted living at this moment, and all we want to do is we want to keep her safe and we want her to be happy, and I think this is a really good match. And I felt this was a good central area for at least the three of us to be able to go and visit her. I felt that this would be a lot more convenient to everybody, and I was also surprised by all of the things that they offer the residents. I was so impressed with how clean and how organized the place is. There's no wear and tear, etc. Everything was very pristine. It was a very, very well-run organization.

I went to the All American Assisted Living at Wareham. The best thing I like about it is just the facility itself. It looked nice, and the dining facility looked very impressive. The negative to me was that the rooms of the apartments are semi-private, they have a bedroom, but you're sharing the common space with someone else. That may be positive, or maybe negative to some. The staff was great. I liked her. Everything looked good. The outdoor setting is nice. Although we were there in December, so not exactly great weather, I can imagine that being in the spring and summer, it's pretty outside. Inside it's nice and clean. Everything's modern. There were some common spaces on the first floor and beside the dining room there was a bar-type thing with a fridge, with yogurt and some stuff. I remember that the same room has sort of a theater-type set up where they do movies. I remember there was a room with a kind of crafts and activities, and bingo someplace too.

My Mother was in the Memory Care part of All American Assisted living in Wareham, MA. When my Mom moved in everything was shiny and new. After being there for @ four years not so much. The carpet had stains in the shared common area for her bedroom for over 2 years. We had to actually asked for it to be replaced. It had to be approved by corporate. They go through staff pretty quick. They were without a activity director for a long time. They had a really good one that they got let go. Same with Directors. Whenever they had a good one that would go out of there way to help they were quickly dismissed. The staff on average was good. The bathroom's were filthy, other people that lived there would frequently use her bathroom. You would find people sleeping in your bed. I had to ask to use the vacuum pretty frequently because her bedroom floor was constantly filthy, she was in a wheelchair so she didn't contribute to the dirt. Her clothing that had her name on everything went missing on a weekly basis. I had to take a picture of everything new I bought so when it went missing they could go searching in the other rooms to find it. The food they were served was not always the same as the Assisted Living part of All American. They put on a good show when your touring the place. If you think your getting a good deal because their starting price is lower than other Assisted Living facilities there's a reason. Last but not least, make sure to let them know 30 days before your loved one is going to pass, if you don't you won't receive your security deposit back. Ours was $5,000.00. Watch out!

We went to All American Assisted Living at Wareham. It's a beautiful, beautiful location, very nice staff, but I didn't like how the cost structure was calculated. It was beautiful, overlooked a Cranberry bog, the director that I dealt with was lovely, and the follow up calls have been lovely. It was just not a good fit for my mom based on dollars and cents. They had a library.

The woman who gave me the tour around All American Assisted Living at Wareham was extremely helpful. Their rooms were fantastic, and I was very excited about it. I would love to get my dad in there; it was just a question of if we could afford it. It seems affordable in comparison to some of the places I was looking at -- it's half the price and much nicer. I felt really great about it, so when I found out we don't qualify financially, I was heartbroken. It had everything a person could want. It's perfect.

I went to both assisted living and memory care at All American Assisted Living at Wareham. It was a nice facility, and it's almost new. Cleanliness and upkeep were very good. The staff was very good, very thorough, and pleasant. It is a multistory facility and a little hotel-ish looking. It had an institutional feeling for us. They had a library, an exercise facility, and a gym.

My mom is moving into All American Assisted Living at Wareham. They have been excellent. They answered any questions that we had, they are continuing to stay in touch, and I can't say anything bad about them. We weren't able to go in everywhere because they were still in lockdown. They had a model that they let us go into so we could see what the setup would be like. Everything was very clean, and everything met our satisfaction. I only saw a couple of people, and they were excellent, very good, very helpful, and very nice.
