Cabot Park Village

I'm staying here at Cabot Park Village for December. I had dinner here with my sister before I came. They've got a pool, they have a driver five days a week, and the staff here is very nice. One time they gave me a ride to Cabot Park and on the way home, I asked if we could stop at the Verizon store because I was having trouble with my phone and we did stop at the Verizon store. It took 10 minutes. The guy only had to push a button on my phone. However, I later found out that Todd, my driver, thought it was going to take an hour or two, and he stopped for me anyway. The rooms are very nice and clean. They have windows. Everybody's pretty nice and the food is good. Breakfast and dinner are served in the dining room, and they have a variety. CVS is within walking distance. It's a nice atmosphere. There are lots of activities. Two days a week, there's aerobics in the pool. I know they have a lecture series. It's very clean and it's well maintained. They have more activities that I want to do.

Cabot Park Village was beautiful. Everything was perfect. I just have some quibbles about the layout of the room. The 1-bedroom units were more affordable, but they didn't have the 2 baths or the bath and a half that we were looking for. The staff was very personable, warm, very friendly, very knowledgeable, and answered all our questions. The dining area was lovely. I saw the sample menu and it looked quite good. There was a small gym and a saltwater swimming pool. Lectures and classes were going on. It sounded like you could keep yourself as busy as you wanted to.

What I liked the best about Cabot Park Village was the friendliness of the staff and the flexibility with food. They had a really nice walking trail, which we really liked. We only met a few people, but they were all very nice. They had nice fitness equipment and a nice courtyard. The place itself was just kind of dark and small.

I like the rooms at Cabot Park Village. But they weren't as big as the other places I visited, and it's a little bit more expensive. The staff seemed very nice. I got to talk with the person who took me around, and the general manager also came over to talk. They're pet friendly. Even though I don't have pets, I think that is nice to have other people's pets around. The residents seemed very sharp. The other place had religious services provided, but they did Jewish religious services online, but at Cabot Park they would have them live, so I thought that was nice. I was shown some people taking exercise class. They were doing chair yoga. They looked very active and fit, and it looked good. Going out, they provide transportation. They would take them to first-run movies, so I thought that was neat as one of their activities. Their calendar also looked pretty good. As far as amenities are concerned, it was on par with the other places I toured, but it was more expensive, even though there wasn't a buy-in. The building itself was very nice and it's a very nice environment. One thing I really liked was the short walk to a whole shopping/restaurant area. It's near Newton Center, which was nice. They also had a very nice walking trail around the facility.

I had an excellent impression of Cabot Park Village. I was accommodated very well during the visit. Everybody was very friendly and helpful. They tried to be very nice to me, but I didn't think it was as new and charming as the one I chose. The food was very good, and they were very accommodating to me when they served me the meals. It felt homey.

Our visit to Cabot Park Village was great and educational, but I think they're overpriced. The rooms were clean, neat, certainly functional, and up to date. They do shopping, personalized transportation services, they bring in entertainment, and they have various dining menus. You get two meals a day and with additional charges you can get laundry services. They also clean your apartment once a week. The staff member who showed me around was very good and educational.
