Do not leave your family there. Patients are not taken care of. Rooms are dirty. I found a roach in my husbands room. Reported to health department. They did not give him his medication that he was on , never discussed with me. They gave him too much of the medication as well. Please please be careful. The management there was very rude to be for even questioning them.

The level of observation given to my uncle mental health that I witnessed today from the evening staff is unacceptable. The GNA and RN that claim they care for my uncle regularly was clueless that he isn’t alway capable of going to the bathroom unattended and they were not aware that my uncle was in pain even tho he told them he wasn’t because of his mental illness/state of mine he say no the pain medicine however I heard the same sounds of pain he was having in his body the nurses heard and the RN tells me he said he didn’t want the pain medication….it took me an annoying 15 minutes or more to explain to her RN my uncle with a incurable cancer wasn’t able to relate accurately to her that he truly needed pain medication… eventually she gave him the medication after I had him to explain to me were the pain in his body was, which she heard…I was annoy that these professionals are clueless to what’s required for our elderly that are unable to comprehend reasonably.. Oh let me not forget the assistance that wasn’t give because the GNA that thought he was capable of walking, standing and removing his clothes without assistance…it’s ridiculous these professionals are not aware the elderly mines are not the same at any given minute. To all the staff do not just allow the patient to sit in the chair an entire day because there bodies are weak and needs rest and there diapers need changed regularly and also bathroom assistance while you’re close by…I have also noticed that his health is declining, he is unable to speak clearly and physically therapy is limited to once a day….Is this nursing home in the business of mistreating our elderly….however still getting the financial benefits….Do better….Don’t comment that Jive we would like to speak with you…. manage this nursing home like your caring for human beings that has live decades of life and deserve to exit this world with the care of people giving them all that’s required because they to will become our ancestors….update next day my uncle had to wait one & half hours to be changed of feces while he was laying in bed… ridiculous. How unprofessional for a Doctor/Staff employee to tell a patient he’s dying so he can’t go home. That’s to be communicated with the family not the patient that is not comprehending and wants to dye at home.

Nurses behavior very bad with the patient. Administration are not good. I never will suggest any one to live there.

I think Future Care will handle my mother better than the ones I’ve seen. The staff is, well, it is what it is. It’s not bad. She’s only been here for a couple of weeks so we’ll see how it goes from here. They have activities and little things to put her through. I think the room could be a little bigger. But other than that, it’s a nice room; it's clean. The food is lacking a little bit. I think they would need to have just a little more workers, more staff. I think they’re short-staffed sometimes. And so sometimes it’s difficult to spread the staff to their patients.

Do not take your loved one there! My mother was there just for a couple of weeks and I felt that her treatment there was horrible. When I visited her, she was always soaked in her own urine or feces, they keep most of the elderly in wheelchairs sitting out in the hallway (most of them look as though they are drugged and about to fall out of their chairs), it takes forever for someone to come to your room after you ring for assistance, and despite being told that there are always activities for the patients to participate in, I've never seen it. There are a few friendly nurses and GNAs' but the majority had major attitudes, were lazy, or often ignored you while they stood around the nurses' station gossiping. The employees providing the therapies were fantastic but everything else left a bad taste in my mouth. DO NOT LEAVE YOUR LOVED ONE AT FUTURE CARE AT OLD COURT!

This facility was the cleanest and neatest of several my friend lived in over the period of a year. This facility was cleaned with products that kept everything spotless while never smelling like a nursing home. The decor was low-key, easy to keep clean and remained very cheerful. It wasn't done up in a fake, fancy style, but was designed to look bright and clean. The staff was vigilant regarding residents' needs and moods. Residents who were truly unable to help themselves were never neglected and didn't have to beg with their eyes when they needed something. Those residents who could converse always had a chance to talk to staff. Unlike other facilities my family friend briefly occupied, our hearts didn't break every time we had to leave him in this nursing home. Nobody here was medicated into a stupor for staff convenience, people were called Dear or Sweetie because the staff couldn't be bothered to read their names on the door.A doctor or RN was available for questions and answers even over the weekends and on holidays, which is unheard of in most skilled nursing homes, and residents' comfort and peace of mind are considered the only was of giving complete care, not just something that is provided as time permits. Visitors are treated with respect and with thanks for helping to keep residents from feeling isolated and forgotten. This nursing home would be the average, in a utopia.
