Westgate Center For Rehabilitation and Alzheimer's Care is amazing. My mom is the third family member they've taken care of with Alzheimer's. They are currently redoing the rooms in her wing where they're going to put up beautiful wallpaper, redoing the ceiling, the lighting, and stuff like that. They have a salon and they do their nails. My mom has gone and played bingo, too. She is in their lockdown Alzheimer's unit and they've got a beautiful area with places you can sit, flowers, and bird baths. It's all enclosed so they can just go out there. Their cleanliness is amazing. The gentleman that cleans down my mother's wing is impressive. It's pricey, but I think all medical care is. Plus, she's safe and someone's caring for her, she's well-dressed and well-fed.

We went to the memory care section of Westgate Center for Rehabilitation and Alzheimers Care. It's fair. The rooms looked like regular nursing home rooms with two people to a room. They had a room where people could gather for activities. The staff seemed friendly, nice, and informative.

Alzheimer’s / Dementia Special Care
Our entire center is devoted to meeting the special needs of residents with Alzheimer’s/Dementia in a safe, caring and secure environment. Our center design fosters a positive and warm atmosphere, encouraging residents from all walks of life to participate in recreational activities. Our goal is to help residents with Alzheimer’s or related dementia maintain their current level of functioning.

- Specialized Rehabilitation Program
We offer specialized rehab approaches for long-term care with the goal of maintaining the highest practicable level of functioning. We also offer short-term rehab for those with goals of returning to their prior living environment.
