I visited this facility

The Inn at City Hall was very nice. They're very helpful and the best thing about them was you could get lunch and dinner in the facility, they would take care of your meds, and the apartments looked better. It's got a walk-in shower and the people are very, very friendly and very nice. My friend liked it when she went to see it. She's going to stay on the side that gets a river view of the Kennebec River and they're also getting help for her because she has vision issues. It's got a fairly small kitchen and it's all open, which is great. There's a little place for a dining room and a living room. It's all low windows. So, you're sitting down and you can see the river go by. The bedrooms and bathrooms were fairly good-sized. It's all handicapped accessible and so she was pretty pleased. The person that did the tour was very encouraging, very sweet, friendly, and warm. She's really good. The facility was very clean and they have a lot of overstuffed chairs to sit on all over the place. It was fantastic. When you walk into the place, there's like a living room, nice furniture, and a fireplace that you can sit and visit with. They also have activities and an outdoor courtyard.

I visited this facility

While visiting relatives at the Inn At City Hall I could not help but be impressed with the city. Maine is a beautiful area and this assisted living facility is no different. It is a historic building that use to be the city hall but was purchased and renovated and turned into this beautiful and affordable place to live for people that can't live alone yet don't want to give up their independence. They have several different floor plans to choose from, you get a lot of good meals each day, housekeeping services, and activities. The facility was really clean, the food was great. We stayed and had lunch. The staff was very kind and helpful and the resident that we were visiting talked a lot about how great the place is to live. Her room was spacious, and there was always staff around to help if needed. They make sure to keep their residents busy with cards, outings, walks, games, and so much more. I highly recommend this place if you are looking for assisted living in the area.

I visited this facility

The Inn at City Hall is the perfect place for a senior citizen to live. They will have a clean and well maintained apartment and people on staff 24 hours a day to help them with whatever needs they have. The staff are very friendly and helpful and the residents are treated very well. I have been there many times and have always found the residents to be happy. One thing that is great about this facility is that it is within a very short walking distance to the downtown area and it has some really wonderful views of the river. I would definitely recommend The Inn at City Hall if you are looking for a facility for yourself or for a loved one.
