Dear Michelle, Please accept my apologies for not being pleased with some of the appearance in our Elizabethtown facility. You visited the facility on the day that we readmitted a resident who was at Hardin Memorial Hospital due to a medical problem with her intestinal tract. As a precaution to staff and fellow residents, and the mandate from the Commonwealth of Kentucky, we isolate the returning resident and in order to discourage gatherings and encourage social distancing, we try to subdue lighting in the public areas as a calming move as suggested by our consultants. We hope that you will revisit at your convenience and we welcome you. Our staff is caring and loving towards all of our residents as they have for over 15 years and as other reviews will attest. Continue to stay safe and we wish well.
