The tour I had at Legacy Living of Jasper was informative and very pleasant. Kylie was the one whom I was able to ask questions and she explained everything to me. She was very, very helpful and I was very pleased. I only got to see one assisted living room and it was very clean and nice with windows in it. The whole place was pretty awesome. They had a nice dining area and they don't have specific dining times. You just go there anytime, like you're at a restaurant. They also have a bar there, a little movie theater, and a nice chapel. It's a nice place.

I'm on a waiting list at Legacy Living of Jasper. They have no vacancies and they're building 24 new units. The apartment was new, very clean, very cheerful, and quite spacious. It has a garage, a front porch, and a back patio, and I'm allowed to have my dog. They've got two bedrooms and a bath and a half in the current ones, but the new ones will have two bedrooms, two baths. All the utilities are included in the rent plus internet and one meal a day of your choice. They keep up the grounds nice. It's new and they just got a good program. All of the amenities that assisted living have, they're available in independent living also. The staff during the tour was helpful. I walked through the restaurant at lunchtime and I looked at their plates and everybody had something different. You order off a menu, and they cook it right there while you wait, just like a restaurant. It's quite expensive, but all the utilities are paid, you get one complimentary meal a day, your internet is free and your telephone and transportation to any doctor or medical appointment within 15 miles is free.

Legacy Living Jasper is a beautiful assisted living place. I liked the size of the rooms and they have everything there that you could want. They've got games, a bar, a big dining room, and everything you would want is there. The staff was excellent, very helpful, and she explained everything. She went to give a tour of the whole place from the rooms to the dining room and everything. The facility itself is beautiful. I didn't taste the food but you order it like in a restaurant.

I went to Legacy Living of Jasper yesterday morning, and I liked it a lot. Happy residents. It seemed like they had a lot of freedom to move around. They're fine to live there as long as they just want assistance. So they seemed like they had a lot of freedom, I liked that. I was welcomed and shown everything that they had, they had a movie theater, and they had very nice rooms. We're only looking at a studio for my father because he does not need a large floor area. They have a chapel. It just seemed like a lot of smiling faces there. People seemed very happy and they were speaking to each other. The staff, her name was Kylie and she was excellent. We were not offered a meal, I looked at their menu, and they have a very good menu. It's a perfect facility. It was great.
