This place is trash!!!!!!! My father is currently there. Bandages have not been changed. Called to ask why and the nurse stated “ we were just to busy today to change his bandage”. His belongings have came up missing... They do not shower him properly!! Do not ever place your loved one at the facility!!! Int he works of getting him out of this terrible place!!!!

Was told before placing my relative here that “great” care was given. IT WAS NOT!
Housekeeping is practically nonexistent. When asked about cleaning the room was told they were short-staffed. In my opinion,whatever their issue with being short-staffed is NOT the paying resident’s problem.
My relative’s clothing was taken. Even with her name being on everything she owned.
Chargers for electronics were misplaced,never to show up again!
She was taken to hospitals,not calling me,even though they were supposed to.
I am in the process of finding her a different facility. If you’re smart,you won’t subject your loved one to this horrible place.
