This is a wonderful facility! The staff is very caring and polite...from the office, front desk, custodians, CNAs, nurses, food service. The facility has no smell, it is well lit, roomy halls and rooms, and good sized bathrooms. Nicely decorated rooms...more like a hotel. It is always clean and the staff is extremely helpful. They will treat your loved one with the respect and dignity they deserve in the final moments of their lives. Keep up the good work...you have a very difficult job but you are greatly appreciated and not often told so!

They have a clean facility no odor and great care. The residents are always clean and well cared for and the staff is always helpful. I would recommend them to anyone. The place is always clean again no odor that hits you in the face when you walk in the door the meals are appealing and I would take my loved one there.

TRULY OUTSTANDING !!! My Grandmother has a resident for over 2 years now. Quite pleased with the dedicated care she has received. We just celebrated her 93rd birthday, and they provided a quite lavish dinner and cake for her and family. One of the best - HIGHLY RECOMMENED !!! Chris-Trolleyguy

The Regency is a great place to visit. They have a peaceful bird display right when you walk in. I believe they have a Franciscan lifestyle in place for the elderly. The staff is nice, friendly, and cares for the patients with sincere compassion. The staff ratio to patient seemed ample. The downfall is that the patient has to share a room with another patient. Another factor is that this facility discriminates against patients with dementia. On their website they specifically quote that they do not work with patients that have the following criteria: "Confusion, dementia, or socially inappropriate behavior are not permitted." The patient cannot help having this genetic diagnosis. Each patient comes with specific healing needs. To improve this facility I would recommend changes for patient privacy and to make it a place for any elderly diagnosed with uncontrollable born quality. This place was impressive with its security and fancy decorative facility.
