My father is in Jennings Terrace. The care has been good, his room is kept clean, and they have activities going on all week long. The staff is very good. The dining area is well kept and they've always cleaned up really good. They have a big TV for them, a piano, an organ, an atrium where they have birdfeeders outside, a puzzle room, and an activity room where they play games and cards. It's an older facility. They're welcoming and friendly.

Jennings Terrace was OK and had everything we needed at that time. The staff was very nice and very helpful. I observed how the nurse and the staff worked with the patients, and it seemed good.

We took a tour of Jennings Terrace. It's an older retirement home that is definitely in need of a paint job and new carpeting. The place has a little bit of an odor, and I just think it needs to be renovated. The staff seemed very nice. I saw the dining room, and it's just outdated.

The only property that I was able to see was Jennings Terraces. It looked much smaller. The people were very nice, but I did not care for the shared showers. There were people sitting outside in the lobby, and they greeted me. The dining area was clean.

I was given the tour by the director at Jennings Terrace. They had individual rooms, and you could rent a single room or a double room. It's a very nice place, it's well staffed, and it's very clean. They had excellent dining rooms.

I would say Jennings Terrace was a good facility. My sister lived there for six weeks. It was very clean. It was very large. I was impressed. The director was really helpful. The facility was very large, but the people seemed well cared for and friendly. However, they didn't have private rooms, and that was one of our drawbacks. They only had semi-privates. Otherwise, the rooms were very nice. Nevertheless, Jennings Terrace was very clean. I visited both independent and assisted living. One best thing about them is that they decided that my sister needed a little bit more medical than assisted living. The facility was also really nice because they had a little sitting room and a bedroom and a bath in each room, which I thought was a very nice layout. They weren't exceptionally large rooms, but still with nice space.

Jennings Terrace was an older facility, but everything was very nice. They were remodeling one whole area and the dining room, so we didn't get to see that too much. They had to share a bathroom, but some of them could have their own bathroom. The tour guide was very nice.

Jennings Terrace had all stages of living, independent and assisted, and memory care as well. It was a nice place. The rooms were smaller, but you could get two rooms together. One of the things that would turn our mother off in just this particular case is the shared bathroom. The staff member did a great job and showed us the different areas. The dining area was nice and everyone raved about the food there. We tried the mac n' cheese and something else and it was good. I enjoyed it. We went there on a weekend when they usually have less activities, mostly because they have a large population of people whose loved ones come and get them on the weekends. They had a list of activities during the week though.

It’s a good value for the price we paid at Jennings Terrace. They have good food. They do have basic activities. It is clean, and they give good care. This is not a very fancy place. She has two rooms with a living area, a bedroom, bathroom, but not every room has a shower. There’s no kitchenette in her room. They have exercise classes, bingo. They do a lot of card games. They do go out but not a lot. It is a mid-range facility overall.

Jennings Terrace is in a community that mother was familiar with. It was close to her home, and the price was right. It was something that she could afford. All the others were way too expensive. She is in independent living, she is very happy there, she likes the food and the people, and she feels very much at home.

Jennings Terrace was built in 1965, so it is quite dated. It is clean and nice, but it is an older facility, so it is more dated. It is well kept, and the people were very nice and very kind. The rooms are very small, and the bathrooms are tiny. You could have two rooms if you want with the bathroom in the middle. The outside wall is concrete black and not like your pretty dry wall. It is clean, and the people were accommodating and so nice, but it didn't feel homey. It felt more like an institution type of thing. I give the people an excellent rating, but the place itself I'd give about a three.

Jennings Terrace is an older building, but my parents are happy there. The staff members seem good and responsive. When my parents call for help, they come rather quickly, and there's also good communication among the staff with family members about what's going on. They like the food and the church, my mom had her nails painted, and they have physical therapy, speech therapy, and occupational therapy.

My mother stayed at Jennings Terrace assisted living and then she went to the nursing side. It was homey and clean, and there were no bad odors. The staff on the nursing side was not as good as they should be. The food and the dining area were good. The activities were good. They played bingo, they had Girl Scouts come in, they made things out of clay, and they had ice cream socials. They need to pay more attention to personal care on the nursing side. Their billing system was screwed up. The person that sent me the bill couldn't explain it to me because it was a new system, and she just kept telling me how the old one worked.

My husband is in Jennings Terrace. I knew people who were there, so knew it’s good. The people are nice and well taken care of, and the food is wonderful. For him, it’s fine. He’s not interested in anything and doesn't have any hobbies whatsoever; even when he was home, I could not interest him in anything. They have a group exercise that they do, entertainment that comes in, and different things like ice-cream social and different events that they can go to.
