Parc at Duluth was very nice. We liked the rooms and the different services they offer. We liked the fact that my mother-in-law would get the proper care she needed for assisting her with everything that needed to be done. The staff who assisted us with the tour was very nice and answered all our questions. They had a beautiful dining room and nice menus. They had exercise programs, entertainment, games, and they had a beauty salon.

Parc at Duluth would be my number two choice. It's quite nice. Katie was amazing. I had a couple of conversations with her before the tour, after the tour. Most likely, we will probably be signing up with them just because the price is right, the place is nice, and that would be more of a benefit for my in-laws. They will be moving there.

Parc at Duluth was a great tour, but I wasn't really keen on the layout. The restaurant was on the fourth floor. I didn't get a good feel for it, and that's just my personal preference. The person who toured me though was knowledgeable and friendly. I appreciated the information she was able to provide. The apartments were just your typical apartment complex, but I liked the senior living features the come with it. It had shower bars and emergency drawstrings. I think they seem to have a wide variety of activities. They had a beauty salon, an exercise room (that was kind of on the smaller size), and a very well manicured courtyard. I think they were on a very busy road, which was a bit of a turnoff because I know how busy that road is.

Our visit to Parc at Duluth was good. We enjoyed it, but it's probably not the one we will choose. It doesn't have some of the things we were looking for, but it's a very nice place. The lady who led us on the tour was very good. She had a lot of information and did a very good job leading us around. The facility's cleanliness is excellent, too. There are two things that I really wanted, though: one is an indoor pool -- theirs was covered but not indoor -- and they didn't have any covered parking at all.

I visited Parc at Duluth. It's a very nice place with very friendly people. It looks a little outdated and the location is not very good. It is too crowded and there's too much traffic in the area. The rooms seem to be OK, but also outdated. The staff seemed very nice. Overall, it seemed nice and clean.

We had a good visit at Parc at Duluth. The person who toured us was professional. It's very nice and very well maintained. The dining room was beautiful. The residents seemed very friendly. They had exercises, movies, game night, happy hour, outings to shopping and restaurants, and they may go to the botanical gardens. They had an indoor pool, a beauty salon, an exercise room, a lot of nice gathering spots, a living room with furniture, and nice outside areas where they could sit.

Parc at Duluth was a very nice place, but they lack adequate parking for the visitors. I thought that the place was very beautiful and luxurious, and it seemed like a nice place to stay. The staff I met there was super. The dining area looked very nice and they had nice menus posted on the hall. They seemed to have a couple of activities going on while I was there, there were word games and card games going on.

Parc at Duluth is probably the best. The chef came out and met with us, which I thought was very interesting. He brought out a menu and spent some time with us. The marketing person spent over an hour and a half with us, too. The place was beautiful and absolutely top-notch. They were upgrading the apartments with new appliances, new carpeting, and paint. You could see that they put a lot of care into their place in great detail. We saw a two-bedroom, which I thought it was a little small and a little odd. What was in it was very nicely done, but the square footage was small for my mother and father-in-law's personal needs. They didn't have villas and cottages, and that's the downside. They had a library, movie nights, and outings. The gorgeous pool was a big plus. They have bridge club, wine and cheese, and happy hour once a week.

The rooms at Parc at Duluth were very nice, and Katelyn, the young lady that helped us was extremely knowledgeable, courteous, and concerned about my problem. The dining area was also very nice, clean, and the food was really good. It's a really nice community; I'd like to go there.

My parents moved into Parc at Duluth last October. It's a really nice place, and everything is wonderful there. The meals are prepared by a chef. They have a lot of help. The staff is very good. They have a lot of stuff going on, and they can join in anytime they want. They have music, singing, dances, cookouts, and movies.

The people here are friendly and welcoming (staff and residents). The food is excellent and of very good quality and variety and prepared deliciously. Great Chef here!! There are a number of activities that you can attend every day; exercise classes, crafts, music and entertainment, games like bingo, bridge, and dominoes just to name a few. There is a big pool to help keep people in shape. The building and your apartment are always clean. Concierge are always well informed on subjects/activities and someone is available around the clock. The furnishings and decorations are beautiful and have a very homey touch; activity spaces are lot like being in a house. I could highly recommend this residence for anyone. I've lived here for 6 months after trying other types of senior living in the last 3 years.

I visited Parc at Duluth. I saw some of the apartments, and they were very nice. We wanted at least 2 bathrooms, and a lot of the others don't have that.

I've been in Parc of Duluth for four years. The food is wonderful, and we have a big menu. The staff is wonderful. They couldn't be better and anticipate our needs before we need them. It's very clean and organized, and I'm happy here.

The food at Parc at Duluth was excellent. They have a very large selection from seafood to different kinds of meat, and they are all available even though they have specials every night. It was more like a gourmet restaurant which was very strange for me. When you walked into the cafeteria, you think you are walking into a formal dining room at a fancy restaurant. Their dining facility is beautiful -- table tops all over it and very nice chairs. The silverware is very heavy, and it’s all wrapped up. When you sit down, you have to open it up just like you would at a restaurant. It’s really a very nice place. The 2-bedroom homes are around 1700 ft. There are elevators at both ends of the building. It’s 3 floors, but the elevators are large enough to handle a couple of wheelchair-bound people and some regular people at the same time. The doorways are easy enough to get through. When I was there having dinner, there were people in wheelchairs coming in and going right up to their tables, and one of the servers would come over and make sure that they were able to get the wheelchair in position or help the person get out of the wheelchair and sit down in a regular chair. The movie room is set up as if it’s in a regular theater with actual, real, very soft chairs that you would sit in. They were all done in a semi-circle rather than a straight line of chairs so that everybody had a better view of the screen.

Parc at Duluth appeared to be more independent living, and then there was an a la carte menu if the resident needed more care, so they have a base price and then you would add to it by month based on your needs, which was great. It was a beautiful community with friendly staff and friendly residents. Accommodations were the best we saw. Everything was very clean, and what was probably the most enticing was the studio apartment really resembled what I would consider more of a 1-bedroom, so everything was far more spacious than any of the other places we've visited. Activities were definitely abundant and were geared toward more mobile residents. The menus were excellent, and everybody seemed to be really friendly.

The Parc at Duluth was really nice; the style was high-end, and we really liked that one. It felt like you were living in a hotel, and it was expensive. The rooms were really nice and big; they felt like an apartment. You have sections for a living room, a bedroom, and a kitchen. The lady at the front desk was really nice, and the person that took us around was really friendly and offered a lot of information; they really made us feel welcome. We saw the swimming pool, gym, and a really nice theater. There was a terrace where you can watch and sit outside, and it was really nice.

Parc at Duluth was a very expensive place, but it had a swimming pool. The place was very decent, and the people were still very active. The place was very good and not brand new , but they keep it up well. The staff was good. The dining area had table covers and everything very neat, like a high-class restaurant. They had a small place for Sunday services, a gym, a yoga instructor, and other exercises.

Parc at Duluth is my #1 choice. The location is very good with medical offices and shopping nearby. They provide a washer and a dryer; many facilities can only provide a shared washer and dryer, but this one gives you your own washer and dryer. Their meals are good enough. Both my wife and I enjoy vegetables, and they provide more choices of vegetables with more quantity than other places I've seen. The people working there are pretty friendly.

Everything is very nice at Parc at Duluth. The staff is doing everything they are supposed to do, and they are doing a good job. The rooms and apartments are clean, well painted, and have lots of light. They have a check in system, and everybody has to check in and check out.

My parents moved to Parc at Duluth last weekend. They have been WONDERFUL to us! This is a beautiful independent living facility with the best food I tasted in my many trips to visit facilities in the area. The activities are terrific, the people are friendly, the staff is EXCEPTIONAL and the cost is quite affordable for everything you receive and the quality. I am so happy with this choice and feel so comfortable that my parents are in a safe, friendly, caring environment to enjoy their life. Definitely make this a community to visit if you are looking in the NE Atlanta area.
