I can’t thank Charity, Eunice and the rest of the staff for the care they gave my Mom. We children can worry so much about our parent when they are in a facility. I can say that Venice Green Village (VGV) was such a warm place with great care. I always knew my Mom was well taken care of and could rest when not there. That’s priceless to families. My Mom loved it there and I loved her being there. Thank you VGV from the bottom of my heart!!!

They are very kind to my mother and she likes their food and activities. The biggest problem is that if you call the facility with a question, you seldom get a live person to speak with, then if their phones go to voice mail, the majority of the time in my experience, the mailbox is full so you cannot even leave a voicemail. If I call the after hours or FaceTime phone number in order to speak to mom, I get to speak to her less than 50% of the time!

The courtyard is absolutely gorgeous!! Staff are well trained and very attentive. The food is always excellent and the parties are lots of fun. The community keeps in communication with families and the rounding Dr is awesome.

Best staff, Best Chief Beautiful property. My mother lived here a few years and could not be happier. From a family stand point let me explain no pre-call visit I would show up at random un announced. I would check in at front desk and walk free among the entire faculty. looking for my mother every time I found her she was having fun or relaxing somewhere. The homes that make you call and set visit times are hiding something! I could not be happier with the care she received. God bless here on 4-5-23

I visited this facility and it was decorated very colorful for spring! I loved it! There was a singer there when we toured, and it looked like everyone was having fun! The prices, compared the other facilities in the area, are very reasonable.

Venice Green Village is a wonderful Memory Care Community. My loved one has been there a long time and is always happy and well cared for. The care is better than most and the food is always good. We have a good time coming to visit and going to the family events. I love that they do not limit visitation hours either.

Venice Green Village was terrible, I would not recommend that one. I went on a tour, and it was ghastly and very expensive at over $5000 a month. The facility itself was old and wasn't maintained. The staff that I met there weren't aloof but were very cold. I saw their kitchen, and it looked clean and fairly decent.

We toured Venice Green Village. I think they were a little understaffed, and it seemed that there was an odor upon entering. From what I saw online, maybe the pictures were from when they originally opened, but to go there today, I was a little underwhelmed when I went there. I just didn't think that the staff was really into the clients. They were kind of left in the living area here and there. It wasn't up to my standards. The amenities were very slim to none. I saw a TV room, and they did do the hair there, but that was pretty much it.
