The Watermark at Trinity is where I would want my mom to stay. It's a 5-star across the board. The only thing I didn't like was the size of the rooms for a person because it was more like a hotel. They're very clean. They had a fine dining area like a five-star hotel. They had security for the memory unit. It didn't feel like a nursing home setting. The person who showed me and gave me information was just phenomenal. She knew exactly what she was doing and how to interact with the person that was interested. I checked their dining area, but I didn't try their food. They did go over the type of food that they had. They have a menu. They don't give one thing out and say you have to eat it. It was like fine dining. They could choose what they wanted to eat.

I toured The Watermark at Trinity. It was a very nice facility. They showed us the apartments and everything. It was very professional. It was a very first class facility. It is only two years old, so it's very modern, but it's on the expensive side. There was a swimming pool designed for seniors. It had a beauty shop, an exercise center, and was pet friendly. The staff who assisted me with the tour was very informative, very friendly, and very helpful. We had complimentary lunch there, and it was very good. The interior design of the dining area was first class. Overall, everything was very nice.

My mother has been in this community for 9 months. To say that the quality of the community’ has declined is a gross understatement. Let me list a few things that have deteriorated: FOOD quality; staffing; activities, employees leaving in droves! The 2 most important things that make a successful community are food and activities. These are void and unacceptable. My mother gave up her home to come to Watermark and I feel like she is being treated like a prisoner. The director is unresponsive and not addressing the needs of this community. For $3100 a month this place should be a palace and the residents should be treated like royalty. I am fearful to leave this review for fear of retribution to my mom but need these words to be read and acted upon! This community needed help and someone at the top needs to assess the situation. The people in this community need to be heard and feel valuable!! I will continue to leave negative reviews until things change. This review is not worthy of even 1 star but in order to leave this review I had to pick 1 star. Awful.

We will move into The Watermark at Trinity. It was almost brand-new, clean as a whistle. The staff was very, very nice. Both my partner and I use walkers at the present and Rita, was very compassionate, showed us all we needed to see, but at our speed, and they explained everything the first time we met. And then when we went back in to sign the paperwork and get more paperwork, she was equally as helpful. She let us look again at the exact apartment we're getting so we would have an indication. The layout makes sense. It's all centered out from the lobby, there are elevators to each end of the hallways, and getting out to the pool was easy. They're on ten acres. They have a swimming pool. If you have a walker or wheelchair, you have that entrance into the pool. They have a theater. They have an arts and crafts room. They have all kinds of activities like they had just come back from the Hard Rock Casino. They go shopping. We happened to drive, so that wasn't so important.

I am a current resident preparing to move out. Watermark has failed to live up to its promises with respect to food quality, food service, cleanliness of interior and exterior spaces, and maintenances of buildings and grounds. Way too expensive for level and quality of services provided. Brokenhearted because it looked so promising.

The people at The Watermark at Trinity were very engaging. I liked the facility, and I also liked that the bathroom was open and very safe. The meals are provided, nurses, PT, OT, speech therapy, and the activities all the time. They have group activities as they take them on trips, they also have a theater, movie nights, and whatever kind of activity you want. It's kind of pricey, but the staff was very open and answered all our questions. I felt good.
