My mother has been there for about two weeks she doesn't not have a working phone. Every time I call I'm told they have maintenance taking care of it but that is BS. I'm so disappointed in the service we have received I do not recommend this facility to anyone. I f would rate negative 5 stars

I cant express the lack of communication this place gives, I called daily, and could not get through to check on my mom, they leave me on hold for over 15 minutes at a time. They sent my mom to the hospital consistently, which I did not understand and when I did get through they tell me she is ok. She was hardly there due to being sent to the hospital so often. She ended up with COVID as passed away. I just wish they would be more responsive when they have people loves ones that are trying to check on them and make sure there receiving proper care. Just ridiculous. Don't send anyone you love or care for here.

This place is smelly broken doors water not hot makes you wonder if things are sanatized ants in rooms broken televisions most of staff do not care you report to ofgice and they dont care all they care about is money food is low grade nasty certain residents gets special treatment more than others when everyone should be treated equally and if you have a love one please visit and make sure they ok staff is under trained laundry always lost given to other or behind always always its never hardly cleaned language barrier is crazy they can hardly understand english or speak it staff never spends time with resident hardly take one outside the space in shared room very small they gets so much money and never have pads to put under residents or blankets if resident has to be fed it takes hours after its been sittin and now its cold never warmed up cause they in a hurry always they get changed once between hours of changed shift i have watched and listened to them for long time during the years

it started out great then you noticed your loved one is always soiled it always stinks in there water never hot dirty doors on closets stripped clothes are always lost in someone closets are just lost they always out of blankets towels you name it they are not attentive at all you may have one employee that shows concern compassion not all are bad mostly the ones that have direct care with patient this is the worst place ever of my time in rehab are should I say nursing home detail cleaning needs to be done and checking on patients more

My grandfather was admitted here from hospital and we picked woodbridge after we toured , sure the outside showed signs of undergoing a remodeling stage but once inside the warmth welcoming we received we knew this was the right place . The staff was so helpful and even thought it was after hours the place was clean and they provided us with a informative tour with more information was given to help us apply for Medicaid . Great facility , rehab team was awesome ! My Grandfather is back home and doing well

I was delighted at the care my mom received. Unlike some places I toured, it was very clean inside. My mom put in weight with their weight program .... which she needed. We are so glad to have my mom home and well. Thank you Woodbridge.

Woodbridge Rehabilitation and Health Center was terrible. It needed a lot of repair, was noisy, and smelled. The staff was very attentive. The bushes and the trees around the place were not well kept. It was a very old building that needed upgrading. If they fix the outside and the shrubbery, I think that would help tremendously. They took very good care of my dad while he was there and for that part, I can overlook the aesthetics.

First time ever coming to this place and OH My God!!!! There were 2 bees inside my grandmother room, I had to kill them...I have pictures, none around to talk to, I don't find the clothes that I brought for her, it is so sad to see your love ones having to stay at a place where you can't trust.. I will be looking for another place really soon

Could not have come to a better place! The staff treat you like family. Everyone from administration, to nursing, and rehab do everything they can to help me recuperate from surgery. The staff even bought all of the patients Christmas presents!

This is the best facility anyone could pick for themselves or a loved one. Very clean, food is good, care is excellent. I am on a vegan diet and they accommodate me to the fullest. They went out of their way to make sure I was getting the proper food and nutrition. The staff is very attentive and helpful. I have been here for two weeks for therapy and don't know how much longer I will be here. Physical therapy is top notch.

I have been at this facility do the last 3 weeks and it is better than I could have ever imagined. The food is excellent, the staff are very competent, and they treat you like you are family. The therapy I've received is top notch! I would highly recommend this rehab center.

This place is NASTY!! The staff is the wrost place I ever seen. If you asked them for help, they look at you like your crazy. I know someone that had to go give bath, make bed, clean room. Bathroom was always dirty. Smell bad. The person that was there, the worker would not change them. Red between the leg. Office didn't care. They had no time. Wanted to spend the time with there love one. Water was not hot for shower. Food was nasty. It tell me to rate tis care provider. 0000000000

This is a very clean facility full of competent and caring employees. My mother received wonderful care at Woodbridge while she was there for the last two months for rehabilitation. I would highly recommend it!

My family member was sent to the facility for rehab therapy. It is dirty, smelly and Full of Incompataint staff. The place is Nasty, the Food Disgusting and overall feel is horrible. Sad to see how people are treated. I have experinced negligence with my family member and know of others who have to. I rate this facility with No Stars i had to put one to be able to post.

My mother was here for at least 2 months before we moved her. Staff cares but it is dirty, under staff, food terrible, cheap/low quality supplies for patient and smells. This is not the place to leave your love one.
