The staff & owners of the home are great. They even take the time to send weekly video updates on my mom. I love that they keep me very informed on what is going on with her, and they take great care of her. I love that a nurse owns the home and really makes sure everything is well documented and they can keep me immediately updated on medicines & anything else going on. They really love my mom and I would recommend them to anyone.

Our aunt, a sweet lady of 98 years, has now lived in Aliviya Rose Manor for 5 months. This assisted living facility has been the perfect solution for an old lady with no family members in US. As we, her nearest relatives, live in Europe and have no chances to take care of her ourselves , we thank our lucky stars for this arrangement. The lady settled down very quickly due to the friendly, skilled and understanding staff and management. We can warmly recommend this facility to anybody. Roses for Aliviya Rose Manor!

My mother has been living at Rose Manor since 2020. She has always been well cared for and happy here! The staff are the best I have seen in this area! I had been to many different places before choosing Rose Manor. The choice was easy and quick because this home has all the comforts of a real home, not an institution. Home cooking, personal interaction with every staff member, personal care is top notch, activities are offered and are optional, all holidays are celebrated and decorated!
A real home with caring staff and happy residents!
Our family is very happy that our mother/grandmother lives here! We come to visit anytime we like and health protocols are in place to keep everyone safe and healthy.
The owners are always available to talk with and answer any questions, this is a real plus!! They also give updates on our loved one! We live in a different state, so this is very helpful! We appreciate knowing how mom is doing and we have the option to talk with her anytime as well.
We are happy to write a review and hope you will take a look at this home if you need a loving, caring place for your loved one!

It is never an easy decision to place a loved one in an assisted living community. I took a great deal of time evaluating many choices in Spring Hill. Without a doubt Rose Manor not only met my expectations, they have exceeded them greatly. The residences are clean and gorgeous. The staff are beyond kind. Their caretakers are ALWAYS available and want to make your loved ones life worthwhile. The management staff are also above expectations. They have answered all of my questions from another state, allow me to check in on my mom anytime and give me wonderful unexpected updates. I am truly grateful I found Rose Manor and can't imagine my mom living anywhere else.

Rose Manor is a licensed 6 bed home with residents aging from 83 all the way to 101 years old! Most residents like to keep to themselves but we do have different activities every day that we offer to help with socialization!
What programs or activities does Rose Manor offer to enrich residents' well-being?
We have a variety of games and cards to help sustain their memory along with seasonal fun and games! We include each resident in meal planning to ensure they are enjoying the food they are eating while still getting well-balanced nutrition.
What places are near Rose Manor or within walking distance for assisted living residents to enjoy?
We are a one minute car ride away from Anderson Snow Park that has sports year round and a beautiful walking trail!
What transportation services does Rose Manor offer to assisted living residents?
We have public transportation options or one of our staff can provide transport for a fee.
What makes the chef or dining program at Rose Manor exceptional? What kind of menu can assisted living residents expect?
The menu is geared toward what the residents enjoy eating. We include their opinions when planning the meals and gather their feedback afterwards to ensure they always enjoy their meal times!

We offer bed and floor alarms for our residents to assist in the prevention of falls. We have security cameras throughout the the common areas and the front of the home.
How does Rose Manor keep residents' families informed about their loved ones?
We will send out emails or phone calls every Friday updating the family on their loved ones week. If at any time there is an emergency the manager will call the Residents family and inform them on the situation.
What is the care staff-to-resident ratio at Rose Manor during daytime and nighttime hours?
The ratio is never more than 1 staff to 6 residents at any given time of the day. During business hours it may be dropped down to 1 staff to 3 residents.

We do not allows pets to live in the home.
What ongoing senior care training does the staff receive?
The staff takes medication, food safety, memory care, and elderly care classes yearly to ensure they have the most up information at all times.
