My sister-in-law has moved into Bridgewater Park. She's in the memory care unit. The staff is fantastic with her there. They bring her in to participate in whatever things are occurring. The staff takes very good care of her. The room is very comfortable. Her family got her brand-new furniture inside her room. She has a shower and a bedside chair, so she's doing well. She's actually in an open area where you have the rooms on the sides. There is a dining area there, which is very nice. There's an activity area also, which is basically near the dining room, and then there's a lounge. Down the center you have quite a few chairs where visitors come and they can sit. It's very new and very modern. You have everything that you would need there. You have the memory care unit, you have rehab, and you have the ALF. There's also a nursing home. It's expensive. It's really a topnotch place to be at.

I went to Bridgewater Park. I like the set-up of the rooms. I wanted a two-bedroom, and they had a nice one that I liked. I liked the balconies. And it's close to where my friends are. The staff were very friendly. It seemed like a pleasant atmosphere. The food seemed good. That's where I was planning to go. Their courtyard was nice, too.

I was in Bridgewater Park for three weeks about a month ago. It was great. It was clean. The staff was friendly and attentive. I have no complaints whatsoever. The only thing that could have been better is the food. The facility was beautiful, easy to get around, and big. Everything was very clean and new looking. It was very nice. The staff was great. They were very attentive and just wonderful people.

I went to Bridgewater Park. Residents have their own rooms, but it seemed like people didn't interact much with the residents. They would have aides that were sitting in the hallway, and if a resident's buzzer went off, then they would go and assist the resident, but they didn't take the time to interact with them or check on them unless the buzzer went off. The thing that turned me off from them was that, they would put your name on a waitlist, but then they would never call you, and you had to call them to see if there was an opening yet. The rooms were bright. There was a large window. They're maybe a little bit smaller than what the other place has. They had their own private bath. They were comparable. It was a very clean facility. It seemed like the grounds were kept and the rooms were clean. However, it seems that the residents eat in their rooms. There wasn't a dining area for them to eat in. The staff was very pleasant, but it turned me off that we were expected to call in to see if there were openings rather than them contacting us because the name was on a waiting list. And there were times that I called them, and they couldn't find my dad's name on the waitlist, so that was another thing that turned me off.

My aunt has moved into Bridgewater Park. It's very clean and very comprehensive in their approach to caring for the memory care residents. They have a Montessori approach to caring, and it's more holistic. That was what really made me interested, and the price was within our budget. The staff were all very caring and conscientious. I haven't tried the food, but it looks and smells OK. All of the residents seem to be engaged in activities throughout the day. The facility is very nice, very brand new, very modern, and very clean. They do have gyms and large banquet rooms where you can have private parties. There's a courtyard with a pond, beautiful outdoor areas, there was a gym, and a very nice hair and nail salon on site.

My husband moved into Bridgewater Park. I chose them for the distance from my house. They were close. A newer facility meant an upgrade on their equipment and their cleanliness. I also like the fact that they had single, private bedrooms. The food is not gourmet, but edible. He had a vegetable today. I tasted it, it was pretty good. His room is a standard room, with a single bed, a nice large bath with a shower, a TV, and a dresser, so it's fine. They had individual little dining areas instead of a big cafeteria. If you wanted to go out of your room they had nice table settings and places to sit that was very home-like. They do the laundry. I give them a four. I wouldn't go five. As with everyone, I believe they're all understaffed and sometimes the shifts are not communicating too well. I leave a message with one shift and the next day nobody knows anything about it. Like, what he wants to eat, or like he should have a protein drink with as well because he's not eating and not everybody knows that. So it seems like they should. So I would say that would be their downfall, and they are short-staffed.
