My father is living in Campo Felice Retirement Living. Shortly after he moved in, the Covid started affecting everything. The facility itself is outstanding. Unfortunately this year, a lot of the amenities have been shutdown. They have a theater, a swimming pool, an exercise center, and a hair and nail salon, and all of those at one time or another, have been shutdown. The food is very good, and the restaurant itself is very nice.

I am/was a resident of this facility
I'm living in Campo Felice Retirement Living now. Everything is just fine. I haven't had any complaints at all. The staff is excellent. The food is excellent. They have a lot of activities going on. They also have a valet service, so you never have to worry about parking the car. The residents are very friendly. It is very convenient to walk through all the surroundings of the city. We have just moved in about a month ago, so we haven't gotten involved in a lot of the activities. However, they have art classes, they have all kinds of games like card games, mahjong, bridge, and table tennis. They have movies every night in the movie theater, which is very comfortable. It is worth the money.

Beautiful views on the river and in downtown FM, The food is amazing filet mignonette, lamb and shrimp in the menu every day. The folks wh work here are so nice and like family.

I used to be in a condo on the river, but didn't want to manage all the repairs any more. I wanted to keep the beautiful view and have someone shop and cook for me. The food is great and I love the happy hours with music.

I absolutely love living here. I have a beautiful room with a lovely view of the river. My unit is well appointed, I like that I have full size appliances and plenty of pantry space. They made very good use of all the space and the apartment feels very spacious.
The food is absolutely delicious. I think the chef was trained in Italy and France and actually went to culinary school.
The staff are very friendly and caring. I feel safe and secure. I wish I had made the move sooner.

Campo Felice Retirement Living has been wonderful and it's very nice. The people are wonderful and you get your meals. They do your housekeeping and they take me to church on Sundays. There's a bus that takes you to doctors' appointments and there are a lot of community activities. It's quite a nice place to live. They have a saltwater pool, there are BBQs and buffets once a month, weekly art classes, a game room, bridge classes, outside speakers, a hair salon, and day spa. There's just a lot for us to do. I have a lovely 1-bedroom apartment, you can decorate it as you wish, and it has become my home. They have water views and city views, and they have 1- and 2-bedroom apartments. I have a city view, a nice little kitchen, stainless steel appliances, a cooktop, and a microwave/convection oven combination. You can do what you want or not, so it's up to you.

Campo Felice Retirement Living had a swimming pool, and the people were very nice. The whole place was very clean and very nice, and the views were pretty. The administration people were very friendly. The doors were always locked, so people can't just come and go. It was a very good property, and the location was beautiful. The rooms were big and very nicely put together. I would highly recommend it. It is on top of our list now.

I love Campo Felice Retirement Living. I thought it was beautiful, it was very nice, it had all kinds of different floorplans, and great views. The facilities inside were excellent. They have a hair salon, an exercise room, several restaurants, and a bar. It was great. In fact, I told my husband, "Maybe we should move in here instead of Mom!" They have 1-bedrooms. Some of them overlook the water and in others, you can have a view overlooking the city. They have 2-bedrooms too. The location is right downtown, so you can walk to different restaurants. Apparently, they have a lot of activities for the people that live there. The staff members were very friendly and very nice.

This place is quick at taking your money! I promise you you can get it back at any time. It's been over a month and still no check. My friend it's a 90 year old woman that needs her $3,000 back! Be very careful if you put a down payment down!

My visit to Campo Felice was very good. They showed me a condo and I was very pleased with it. It had a living room and kitchen on one side, and a bedroom and bathroom on one side. The staff was very good and helped me out with every question I have.
