What I have here in Keystone Place at Legacy Ridge that other places might not have is a very large living room. I have an 800-square-foot, one-bedroom apartment, and I have my office in one half of the living area. Beyond the living room is a sun porch with super windows, and I can just sit on a reclining chair and look at the mountains. The other thing about this place is we're in a very nice, kind of high-end residential neighborhood. We're right at the corner of Federal Boulevard and 112th Avenue, and when we look at the windows, we either look at the mountains or at a nice residential area -- not a 7/11 store, a gas station, or anything like that. I'm really quite pleased here. I love the staff. We have employees who have been here for years, but there was just somewhat of a turnover, and I don't exactly know why. We also don't have to leave for the activities. The swimming pool, the exercise room, and everything else is in this building. We do exercises, a silly game called Scat that we play five times a week, chair yoga, blackjack, cash bingo, meditation (if you want), mah-jongg, bridge, Wii Bowling, aquatics, happy hour once a week, and a lot more. We also have what many communities do not have: every thirty feet or so in the long hallways there is a niche with a little sitting area with chairs and sofa that is very beautifully decorated. It's very, very homey and very, very friendly.

Keystone Place at Legacy Ridge was very nice, and I really enjoyed it. The thing with it is that my mom only knows one person there. Nevertheless, I like it. They were very clean and very nice, and I think that my mom and aunt would be well taken care of. The staff members were nice, friendly, and polite, and they looked efficient. The only person I really spoke to for any length of time was Lisa, and she was great.

The tour at Keystone Place at Legacy Ridge was great. The staff was very accommodating and informative. The layout of the community is acceptable, the surroundings were okay and the location is great for me personally and easy to get to. It's not as roomy nor as spacious as the place we chose but it's okay. It has a wing devoted to assisted living and the rooms are spacious though not as spacious as the other one.

Our experience with Keystone Place at Legacy Ridge so far is great. Their food is great, the apartments are great, and I like all of it. The staff is really accommodating and personal. The food service is great, if you need something they will give it to you. It's a beautiful community. They have a swimming pool, they have exercise classes, movies, and all kinds of things. You just have to work at it, there's a lot.

Keystone Place at Legacy Ridge assisted living has been very good. My mom's only complaint has been about the food, which is institutional. The staff has been very good, kind, and they were incredibly caring when my dad passed away. They were really good to us, the family, and they were very kind to Dad. The rooms are very nice. This past week they had a luau and Mom goes to do water exercises at the pool. They have a van that takes the residents shopping and they have crafts in the activity room. They also have a theater where they play movies a couple nights a week.

I visited both a one and 2 bedroom in Assisted Living and the Memory Care Suite. The rooms are very spacious and are designed for folks with mobility needs. All the rooms in Assisted Living have a balcony and a nice sun room. The marketing staff at Keystone Place are incredibly helpful. I honestly feel that you couldn't ask for better people to work with. I have Mom and Dad's name on the waiting list and am hoping for an apartment to work out. I have friends in Independent Living and they are very happy with the food, the management staff and the staff's responsiveness, and the activities offered.
