Villa Riviera is more affordable than any other place I had seen. They didn't want an application fee, which was great, so my dad would have saved money just paying a monthly fee. The place looked clean, and some rooms have a beautiful view of the ocean. The staff was great. They were in the middle of an art class when I was there. The people that live there looked happy, too. It's very affordable. For dementia care; it was almost $3,000 less than where dad is at now. So that would be a place that I would definitely consider.

Villa Riviera is older, but it’s very well taken care of. It has a really nice ambience. They have arts, trips, some gardening, and music. They have a nice great room where people can sit and visit. I was given a tour by the administrator. She’s an RN, and she is very friendly and very well versed. She knows her facility very well.
