We had a nice tour of Belmont Village Sabre Springs. The grounds are quite pleasant. I think there are 160 residents there, so it's smaller than another place that I looked at. To me, that's an advantage. It was very, very clean. The surroundings were pleasant and kind of old-style. The staff who gave me the tour was great. She gave us a brochure with all the information that we needed. She was very thorough. She took us to several apartments that were open, so we could get a sense of the size and what they were like. I asked questions about assisted living, and she answered those questions also. I felt like she did a very good job of explaining everything that I needed to know. There are set times for each meal. I saw the dining room and it's also an area where they have snacks and stuff. The place was very clean. It had very low-fiber carpeting on the halls, so it was much easier to walk. Everything was very lovely. They had lovely pictures. It's just more old-style furnishings. There's a beauty shop that's open three days a week. There's a very nice area for a small gym with different things that you could work out on. The staff explained that there was a full-time nurse, too. There's also an outdoor pool, a sitting area, and a putting green. This area is quite lovely. It has a nice view. It's very small but what was there was nice and nicely maintained. The staff also explained that people had planted their own plants and stuff.

Our friend has moved to Belmont Village Sabre Springs. The staff members are very, very good and very cooperative. They keep track of where everybody is, escort them to and from, give them reminders about various things and activities, and make sure they get down to lunch. They have a lot of activities for memory care folks. There are three levels in memory care. There are level 1 and level 2. Once they've gone past level 2, they go into a whole separate area. The rooms are nice. The place is clean and well-maintained. The food is excellent. They offer several choices at mealtime. Family and friends are welcome to come and join them. They have exercise. They have memory development. They have tours, and they go on outings. They have a pool for water aerobics classes on Tuesdays. They have a nice, outdoor, and fully contained area that they can go out in. They have a little putting green. They also have barbecues outdoors. They have a movie theater in the building, and they show movies every night.

Belmont Village Sabre Springs was a beautiful retirement and assisted living facility, but I had to move my friend after one month because his needs were a little bit too much for them to accommodate. The staff was good, but he needed to have more round-the-clock watch and more needs to be tended to. Other than that, their facilities were clean. It's a beautiful, beautiful place and they accommodate so many people and the residents looked so happy. They had a lot of events and he enjoyed it very much. They were amazing. Their food and dining room were amazing, too.

Belmont Village Sabre Springs is really nice. It's a beautiful community. It seemed like they had good programming. I saw the calendar for assisted living and for memory care. They just seem like they had a good program. The dining room looks really nice. They have an outdoor pool where they do activities, and the way that they kind of transitioned patients from assisted living into memory care seemed really comprehensive and well done. I saw the studio apartments in assisted living. They're nice, it's just a little studio and a kitchenette. Then the bathrooms all got the shower chair already in there, and the bars near the toilet. And so, it seems it would be very accessible. The staff was really nice. She was very good. It was actually the memory care coordinator, I think. She was very knowledgeable about the whole property and the different programing and kind of how people transition from one part of the property to others.

I loved Belmont Village Sabre Springs. The only problem was that it only had one bedroom. They don't have two bedrooms, and I'm looking for a two bedroom. I liked it very much. The woman who gave me the tour was the marketing director. She was absolutely fabulous. I loved her. I saw the receptionist when I came in. I was seated for a while in the waiting area near her desk. Several residents came by and asked her questions. She was very short with them and did not have a very pleasant personality; that was just the reception. They had everything. They had everything I would want, along with a beautiful view of the hills, a nice pool area, grassy areas, and areas to take a walk. It was very nice. Their dining room was lovely. The reception area was beautiful. They had a nice piano playing in the background, which was very lovely.

Belmont Village Sabre Springs was very nice. The people were very friendly. I liked it. It was beautiful. The staff provided quite a bit of information, answered any questions I had, and were very professional. They gave me food, but I haven't tasted it yet. The menu looked good. The place was very clean. The common area was very clean. They're renovating some stuff there now, so some of it's behind plastic and there's a lot of updating. It seems like a very new facility. I'm surprised they're even doing more updating. They have patios, a putting green, and a barbecue place. It's very nice. I saw one room on the second floor and one on the third floor. They keep everything really new. The whole place looked brand new. There's a washer and dryer provided and a big refrigerator. It looked like there's a lot of food choices.
