I visited this facility
My parents are moving into Crown Cove Senior Living. It is really pretty and got a lot of spaces outside. I am hoping they've got good staff. It seems nice and clean. The rooms are the nicest room I saw and the best that I have seen. They're very open and airy and have windows, and the rooms are really nice. The location is beautiful, it is on the coast. It is a really pretty location.

Crown Cove Senior Living is an amazing place, but it's very expensive. My father required additional caregiving and that wasn't part of the original cost, so it has become a little bit more expensive. It's a great, clean facility. They have good food, nice people, and good activities. It's a nice environment. The staff is very attentive, caring, personable with my father, and very social, so he enjoys that. At times, they're also very private and allows him to do what he needs. They do his laundry and weekly cleaning of his room. It's a very well-maintained facility.

My mother-in-law liked Crown Cove Senior Living very much. We loved the property and she loved it, but she just didn't feel comfortable leaving her daughter. I was very impressed with the whole environment. It wasn't like an old folk's home. It was very nice and it was more like a bed and breakfast. The people were wonderful and I was impressed with the location. The person during the tour was fantastic. She invited us for lunch and the food was fantastic. We all enjoyed it.

I chose Crown Cove as it is close to my home. On all points I would grade them as excellent. The people are excellent, and the food taste good and looks good and healthy. They have incredible activities, and they interact in excellent way. I really liked them a lot, and they bend over backwards to make my mom feel comfortable. There’s nothing that I didn't liked about it at all. I would recommend this facility.

We chose this facility because it's within the area and it has a great reputation. We have friends who have lived there and had a good experience. It's in a popular location and they have fabulous facilities. They were especially welcoming when we visited. They had a sign welcoming us by name. We received a great deal of personal attention from the host. It included a complementary lunch and a tour of the facility. They interviewed my mother about her needs and current conditions. We were there about three hours. They have something like a restaurant where you can order and they are very attentive to the needs of the residents. They can pretty much have anything they want. We looked at a studio room and it was just fine. It had a balcony, a high ceiling and a nice bathroom. It was actually like being in a very nice hotel. They have a huge range of activities like crafts, movie nights and presentations on different topics. They have a section at the lower floor that's set up like a large family living room and kitchen area where people could have guests or family events. It felt like being in a family environment and the staff of the facility will provide the structure for the system of setting things up and putting things away and that was good.

My dad stays at this facility. I visit it ever weekend on Saturday. We (my siblings and I) picked this facility because it is an upscale accommodation. There are many different room layouts. We picked one that included a bedroom, a living room, a bathroom, a kitchen, and a balcony. They have nice wall-to-wall carpet and vertical blinds. To help residents, this facility takes care of all the housecleaning; dad doesn't need to make his bed, vacuum the floor, or take out the trash. In addition, since dad doesn't have a car, it's nice that the facility has transportation to the nearby locations, such as the grocery store. There are other support services, too, including escorts when dad needs to walk to the dining hall to eat, assistance with bathing, and medicine management (this is especially important since dad has diabetes and needs regular insulin shots but he sometimes forgets!). When dad wants to go outside, there's a nice garden and a few patios where he can just relax and hang out with friends. Overall, we're happy with this place and will continue to use it as long as we can afford the monthly price of about $4000.

California hosts many assisted living facilities for a very large community of seniors. We've been to many, in search of a place for my cousin's mother. The Crown Cove Senior Living community had very well tended grounds that looked maintained so that they could be enjoyed by all.
Residents enjoy nicely decorated and lovely furnished community rooms where they can watch movies, exercise, use the computer, read, engage in arts and crafts, play games and gather for their many social events and parties.
The private areas were nicely decorated and personalized for the residents and it was clear that they enjoy their surroundings a great deal.
All of the communal areas were nicely designed with easy to access furniture and a comforting decor. There were plenty of nice areas for quiet time as well as socializing with other residents and friends, family and other visitors.
The dining rooms include both casual and formal options. Their menus offer a variety of healthy food options. The food we saw looked nutritious, delicious and smelled really good, too. The snacks also looked interesting and healthy with a nice mix of nutritious options. We also liked that they encourage drinking plenty of fluids for healthy hydration each day.
The residents are encouraged to enjoy physical activity as much as possible. They may take exercise classes such as yoga and aerobics, or use the weight training and other equipment. They may also enjoy the outer walk ways around the building and courtyard.
The facility is close to enough to metro areas so that residents may enjoy all of the local events, art, culture, music, shopping and fine and casual dining offered.
We could really see that the residents are treated with care, kindness and dignity at all times.

Crown Cove is an amazing facility. Right on the coast, my client was able to enjoy a view of the beach from his dining-room window. They had very nice decorations and table/chair styles - looking as if a professional had came in to decorate.
Also, they had a nice garden that me and my client sat in for awhile. It was on the rear side where the beach is - and you could walk through a path a short distance to be right on the shoreline. He seemed to enjoy staying here very much - which is what matters the most.
I would highly recommend Crown Cove Senior Living.
