We have lived at Paradise for almost 6 years and we love it here. We chose a f Duplex sowe have # car garage, living room, dining, 2 bedrooms, office and sun room. We were permitted to make many modifications, our home is beautiful. The meals are delicious, many choices and cafe otdiningroom venues.the campus is beautiful, loads of wildlife.unfortunately on several occasions we had, edical issues that required we use skilled nursing and assisted living.the care was extraordinary. This is really a wonderful place, great decision to come here.

Paradise Valley Estates is gorgeous. I like everything about it. It's wonderful, like the staff, the amenities, the building itself, and the rooms. It's just top of the line. They offer everything. They have a beauty salon and a big dining area where they get together and do activities. It's pretty new. Their food is delicious. It's great, but it costs too much. There is a hospital and a fruit stand nearby. Costco and Safeway are by there, too.

A major reason that my parents have moved out of PVE is that the main dining room has been closed down for daily dining. When they moved in to PVE 4 years ago, they told me they were happy to have the short walk (with covered walkways) to the main dining room. Going to the dining room daily gave them exercise, a good meal, and a place for social interaction. I visited the dining room back then, it a was a good experience. The Oak dining room was not an easy walk for my parents from building 1000, and driving was not an option for them since they no longer drive. PVE was a good place for my parents to live when they moved in 4 years ago. There are a lot of good attributes to PVE. The campus is nice and well cared for, the apartments are spacious and in nice condition, the staff does a good job. It is too bad my parents had to move out because of the closed dining room.

I went to Paradise Valley Estates, but it seems like they were interested in trying to sell you a place. Everybody seemed happy there, which was a plus. What I'm concerned about is they were trying to sell me a unit and I didn't care for that. I saw nobody complaining about anything though. The staff was fine. I had no problem with them. The facility looked great. They had balconies. I think they had just about all the activities that seniors could ask for. They're in a great neighborhood. I think they do an excellent job with their activities for the residents. I wouldn't say it's a military environment, but they have a touch from all the military folks that are there. It was clean.

This facility has lots of space and feels like a true community. The independent units are not packed in together like many CCRCs. The setting is very natural amid oak trees and a mostly dry creek. Wildlife abound including wild turkeys, quail, coyotes, and deer. There are many varieties of trees around the property but lawn and garden maintenance is average. The food is fair overall ranging from poor to good and can be a bit monotonous and lacking in variety. The indoor pool is great and there are several spots for fitness equipment.

I saw Paradise Valley Estates. It's a very nice place with nice facilities, the bathroom looks like a private spa, and it looks like a great place to take a shower. It has the full range from retirement living to skilled nursing, but skilled nursing is $13000 a month, so it's out of my mother's budget. The people were great, and if you can afford it, I would say go there. It seemed like they had many activities, like bingo, cards, day trips, and field trips, and they could go out and leave the property. Jessica did a great job, and I really liked her.

My father-in-law will be going into independent living at Paradise Valley Estates. They offer independent, assisted living, and skilled nursing. The way they have it set up was very convenient because they have a bus at the facility that picks up people from their homes and takes them to the community center to eat. They have lots of scheduled times when they would take people to stores. They also offer a lot of things that he was interested in, like they have a wood shop, a swimming pool, a workout facility with a trainer for the older people, and they have bocce ball. My mother is there in the assisted living facility. The staff is always helpful. They always try and do whatever they can for the residents there. It's a very pleasant place. The food is topnotch. It's like five-star almost. You can order anything off their menu and if you want you can deviate from the menu. It's wonderful. They really accommodate everyone in regards to the food. There's constantly music and they have bingo all the time, entertainment, and barbecues. There's an activity all the time and you pick and choose what you want. It's worth what you're paying.

Paradise Valley Estates was nice, clean, neat, well-maintained, and attractive. We did a follow-up visit today. They had a presentation on their expansion project and they had people come in who talked about it briefly. The amenities were all very nice. I was impressed with the level of comfort and luxury. There was a long list of activities. They have a choir group, a whole bunch of clubs, organizations, and activities, and outlets for you to do things. The food was better than I thought it might be. It was very good and very tasty. I was very much impressed by them.

Paradise Valley Estates had much smaller units. The facilities were very large, and the buildings were very tall. They had multiple stories, but I didn't like the size of the units. The units were newer but smaller. The dining area did not provide all the meals. You get so many units for eating, and if you go over those units, you have to pay for your food, and it's rather expensive.

My mom is in Paradise. It is clean and convenient. Everything seems to be fine. They have good food and good care. Each person has their own room and a shared bathroom. They have a big dining room and kitchen area. All of the people working there are of Filipino descent and are good people who are all very cordial and very cooperative with the patients.

We liked Paradise Valley a lot because it felt like a community. They house adult living, plus assisted living, plus skilled nursing, and you buy into it. Everybody was very friendly. The food was wonderful. There were lots of activities there that include whatever you want. They have an exercise room, classes, yoga, a pool, water aerobics, bocce, tennis, and all kinds of board games, so there are just a lot of things going on all of the time. They have an apartment, a duplex, a triplex, or a manor house, which is an individual house, and they're very nice. You can have 20 or 30 meals a month, then you just choose whatever you want to eat. They have formal dining and casual dining. It's very nice. I have friends who live there, and they like it a lot.

You give them $300,000, and then you pay a monthly rate of $3000 and any help you need, you pay additional. If you need somebody to help you with pills, that's additional $200 a month, which was just terrible. However, Paradise Valley Estates was very attractive and very nicely done, and they had larger places.

My wife and I move in Paradise Valley Estates because it suits us perfectly. We are in a duplex apartment and it is just right for us. We have a full kitchen, two bedrooms, a den, two bathrooms and two car garages. The staff is very caring, friendly and attentive. The food is very good and with a great variety. We have sports, social and travel activities here. Everything is just what we wanted.
