Paula855822: "The experience at Brookdale has been awesome and really good. It’s expensive, but she chose the facility because it’s closer to her sisters. It’s not going to be wise, but that’s where my mother wanted to go. The rooms were very nice and clean. The staff was very helpful and friendly; they helped me with the whole process. Everything has been really good. "

shawnthomas: "My mother did not want to go to any care facility and fought against the idea for many months before actually moving in. She was difficult and I had my reservations. Beverly047433: "Marigold Place only has I think about 65 residents. The nice thing about the particular apartment that my mother- and father-in-law will be moving in is they have an exercise room and washer and dryer; they're ordering a new washer and dryer, so they'll have 3 washers and 3 dryers. They do your laundry for you once a week, but they will allow you to go in there and do your laundry anytime you want -- like if you have an extra load or you just prefer to do your own laundry, y... CG: "My in-laws stayed at Canterbury House. I particularly liked it. The only problem was they didn't offer memory care. It's very nice and they had a little studio apartment. They washed their clothes and did their housekeeping. It was just a really good place, but they mainly just stayed in their room because he could get out of their room and get out on the street there. The staff was good, the facility was nice, and the pricing was very good."
