My husband and I have (both) of our Moms in Providence. My mother in law was in another facility and we moved her to Providence due the high quality of care for their residents. I trust the staff - they have been great to both of our Moms. Their rooms are spacious, yet cozy - lots of natural light. My mother in law is a bingo fan so she enjoys playing at Providence. They serve varied meals, all nutritious. They can order from a menu if they prefer not to eat the main provided meal. My mother was very underweight when she entered Providence. They worked with her for a year and now her weight is up where it should be. They really go over and above!!

My dad moved into Providence, and the staff there is nice. His room there is also very nice, and he can bring his own furniture there. I haven't been able to taste their food, but my dad has not complained about it it. Their dining area looked nice, and they also do a lot of activities. They have a calendar of events. The other day I was there and they were playing bingo, they have chapel services on Sundays, and a lot of stuff. My dad doesn't complain. He's happy. I think the value for the money is good. They take Medicaid too, but the price is kind of expensive.

Overall, Providence Assisted Living is OK. There are things that could be better. They play Bingo and card games. They also take the residents to Walmart on Thursdays. The food could be upgraded, but the staff is great, topnotch, and I'm really pleased with them. The rooms are nice, and we have small refrigerators and also sinks in our rooms.
