My dad is all settled in Grand Court Mesa, and it's working out very well. He's been there for a few months now, and he's doing great there, so far. Everyone I've worked with has been extremely nice and helpful. The rooms are beautiful, and their facility is nice. Right now, he can't really use the amenities because they're on Coronavirus lockdown. They have a nice pool and a nice game room. They have some nice amenities there for the residents. Ordinarily, they have activities, but none of that is going on right now. Everybody is staying in their rooms because of Coronavirus. They have a couple of cases, and they're trying to prevent anything spreading. Right now, they don't have group activities going on because of that. When he first moved in and they were doing the regular menu, it was good. Right now, they're on a fixed menu that's being delivered to their rooms and they don't get to choose anymore, so he's complained a lot about that. He says he doesn't like everything that they choose. I think the only thing that I would detract from is that sometimes it's kind of hard to get a hold of people because they're busy. I've had a hard time getting a hold of a few folks, but that's been minor. He complains about the food because of the fixed menu that they have now because he doesn't like the things that are on it. But in general, the experience has been really good. It's very affordable for being as nice as it is.

We were supposed to go with Grand Court Mesa, but when they learned that my mom-in-law was a fall risk, they said they didn’t have the equipment to deal with her. It was a beautiful place, and it looked high-end, but they didn’t have the capability to handle all levels of care. The staff was very nice. The dining area seemed nice and clean.

I liked Grand Court. It was nice, and the people were really great there. It's an older place. I thought the rooms were dark, but they were spacious. The price was really good. They were putting in new flooring. I noticed they were upgrading a lot of things, which was nice to see. One of the things that I wasn't thrilled about with was the vicinity. I wouldn't feel comfortable with my mom being at that place because she just drives around, and I didn't feel it's safe.

Grand Court of Mesa was outstanding. The apartments were very nice. The staff was very professional and very knowledgeable. I really liked the place and was ready to move my cousin in. The price was OK, and they had a good variety of selections for food. I was very pleased with everything that was shown to me.

Grand Court was our #1 choice if we had to make a move. You could stay in your apartment and still get more care if you needed it. We enjoyed lunch there. The one thing that my friend didn't like was that there was no washer & dryer in the units. The rooms were very nice. I liked it. They had an activities director, and if you wanted to do an activity that was not listed, they would work that out. There was an open space for playing games.

We chose to move my son to The Grand Court. He had a very nice room, but I think he could have a little more care. No one seems to check up on him like I thought they would, but other than that, the place is really nice. The staff seems to be very nice.
