My mother-in-law was at Crimson Village memory care, and they did a very good job trying to keep the residents busy, and they also mainstreamed them into the assisted living area. They had very good activities there. However, there's always a staff turnover. You go in and see somebody for three to four weeks and then the next thing you knew, that person was gone and somebody else was there. They didn't seem to keep the staff there very long. Her room was nice. It was a double room, and you each have your own private bedroom, but you share a bathroom. It was nice sized and clean. I liked the people that were running it at the time. I liked the care staff during the day, but the night shift was not up to par. They let my mother-in-law fall three times. We weren't happy with the night staff. There was always something going on in their activity room and it was open, and that would encourage them just to come on in and sit down and do it. I liked the way they did that. They had three meals a day, and the price was about the same as everybody else in town.

Buyer beware!!! The facility is beautiful inside and out; except for the staff within. If you don't mind your love one locked up and the key thrown away this is the place for them. During this pandemic that is exactly what they did to the memory care residents. I was there one time at my mother's window when she decided to walk to her door and look out and I could hear the staff down the hall yelling at her to get back in her room. The staff has no family oversight so now they do what they want to your loved ones and get away with it. Dr. Parmesetty has plenty of money to sponsor Alabama Athletic TV programs, but can't afford for the residents to have toilet paper or laundry soap (you buy that yourself on top of the$4500 plus you pay each month). I am just warning you this is not the facility to go to for memory care, you will regret it like my family does.

Crimson Village is a nice place. All the people are nice there, too. They have lots of activities, lots of good food on the menu and the rooms are very nice. It had a friendly atmosphere, with lots of outings. The staff is great. I have checked around, and it's the best value for the money.

Crimson Village is assisted living and is a very nice place. But for the money, it's very overpriced, and the rooms are small. The staff member I was in contact with was very nice. A studio there costs more than a room in my current community. The food looked nice, and the place was very clean.

The facility is top of the line and the staff is so caring. It doesn't fell like a senior residence, it simply feels like a well appointed home with lots of things to do and options for my mom. Love it.

Crimson Village was very friendly and it's a very nice place when you walk in. I just didn't like their Alzheimer's unit. The staff was very friendly and nice. The place was very clean, but there was no order, and the rooms were very nice. I didn't care for the dining area and it just didn't appeal to me.

The facilities at Crimson Village were too small for my needs. I would suggest you need to visit and see the facilities and see the amount of room that’s available and how much it costs because it varies. The ones that I thought I could afford were way too small.

I chose Crimson Village for my mother. I am just really happy, and so is my mother. The staff is excellent. My mom's room is beautiful. It's a studio apartment with a bedroom and sitting area. It's nice. The facility has three stories and is almost like a high-end hotel.

The staff at Crimson Village was very caring, very attentive, and kind. The facility was brand new, so it looked really nice. My husband was only there for a few months. They had an excellent chef, so the food was fabulous. They could be more attentive to the residents in getting enough water and keeping them hydrated. That was a particular issue with my husband.

Crimson Village is brand new and very nice. For the price and for what it is, I would give it a high rating. I was really happy with it. I think the care is good. I'd rate the building and living comfort highly. I spent a few days in town and was there for three or four different days when the building had just opened. It’s very clean. I had lunch there, and the food was good.

Crimson Village was new, and the staff was great; they were so helpful. They take trips and play games, watch the football games, go to the theater, have church, and so many other things. I think since they were so new, I kind of wish that some of the rough edges were knocked off and that they were more settled in, especially the administrative staff.
