My parents are using Comfort Keepers. They're excellent. They cover all the things that we needed to have done. They're very passionate, very kind, helpful, and understanding with the elderly. They help with pretty much everything. The billing and scheduling are fine.

I selected Comfort Keepers over others because we were advised they were the best in the area. I think the caregivers are very sincere and dependable. They can make decisions and recommendations in a very reasonable way. We have appreciated their participation in our home life. They take responsibility. They are thoughtful and considerate about what they do. My wife needs bedside cares and they are excellent at it. They also do homemaking services/housework. They prepare meals which is very important. The service is indispensable. The company is mature in its judgments. I have enjoyed their communication and contact over the years. When they have to come over here to work through a problem, they seem to have a good sense of things. I think they have an intelligent insight into family problems and household issues. -Robert

I appreciate all the services that are provided in my home. The caregivers are on top of things. They are doing their job. They show up on time. I appreciate being able to bathe again! The caregivers are well trained. They have been able to do the things I need them to. They are knowledgeable when I ask them a question. I think the caregivers are compassionate because of the way they listen. The overall quality of the service has been very good. The caregivers come when I expect them to. The agency is very good at communicating with me. I have confidence in the office staff. They have the answers that I need. I am very satisfied.

Constant day to day, week to week staff changes, Unprofessional and confused admin and scheduling staff. Will be sourcing new care for my Mother. My advice, spend some time sourcing and selecting care for your loved one. I learned my lesson.

Thank you for the wonderful care. Terry H spends 2 afternoons each week with my mother. She takes her on errands and to appointments, helps her organize things in her apartment, reads to her, plays cards with her, encourages her, teases her~and has given her a new lease on life. My mom is 98 years old and have very poor vision, so having Comfort Keepers service has really helped her to be able to stay in her own apartment.

I have Comfort Keepers working with my mother, since I work full time and have a family and cannot provide her as much help as she needs. This agency help keep seniors in their home rather than a nursing home. The care givers come to the home and as often as needed whether it is for a few hours a week or everyday all day. I currently have them with my mother for 4 hours a day on week day. They help her with her personal care such as bathing and dressing. They make sure she takes her medications and assists with some light housekeeping and provide her with a light lunch. The aides are very attentive and kind. They will sit and play Rummy with her "till the cows come home" because she loves the game. I am confident when they leave she is safe and happy to have had the company for the day. I would recommend them to anyone who needs help for an elderly parent.

The caregivers were the best thing that happened to my dying father. They kept him comfortable and happy by leting him help/direct his cares. Comfort Keepers and Hosipice wokr well together.
