I am a current client of this provider
Visiting Angels Virginia Beach is helping us with my mother, and we have been very pleased with the service. They have been very responsive, and they've been able to adequately fill the shifts to provide 24/7 coverage. Their staff is very professional. There have been a few caregivers that were not prompt, but when I let the owners of the company know, they were quick to speak with the caregivers involved to try and correct the situation. Pretty much, they provide just home care services, they don't provide any nursing service. They provide companionship, toileting care, fixing meals; I think it pretty much cover it. Some of the caregivers are cognizant of the impact the person they are caring for has on his own family. They try to help as best they can to provide support to the families as well as the patient. It's a little pricey, but it's worth it.
