The caregiver helps with moving him around the room and exercises. He even helps us to get into the car and is with us during the appointments, which is great. I have already recommended it for 2 people. If I have any issues, I can communicate with the caregiver and we understand each other. I like that we have communication with the caregiver over the office being the only communication with them, which didn't work with other agencies.

We can get some more rest, and my dad looks forward to seeing her. When things seem really tough, the caregiver comes in with a light about her that makes it feel like everything is going to be okay. We love the caregiver. She brings so much joy and is loyal.

They made sure that all of the little things were taking care of such as being cleaned after using the bathroom, cleaning the bed, giving him his vitamins and having his meals. The care is excellent and they are very attentive and caring towards the patients' needs.

The person who is caring for her has been here for over a year and we have had no problems with her. My mother loves her. My mother has always had the best care and they are very good at following up with her.

They can take him out onto the deck. They will push him around and let him get some fresh air. I feel that the people have been trained and vetted. I don't feel like I am going to be hit over the head during the night.

It depends on the individual caregiver. They should step in and be more available sometimes. Some caregivers are more willing to do that than others. I'm not sure what they could improve; I just think that everyone's needs are different, and that makes a difference in my recommendation.
