I am a current client of this provider

I have gotten very good aides that have come out and helped us. They are exceptional in that they are empathetic and very concerned. They are ready to do anything they can think of, and they offer to help. They don't leave until they are sure they have done everything they can. They help me to get my husband to his doctor's appointments because I can't handle the wheelchair. It would be a bad situation without them.

The caregiver they sent to us was extremely helpful and did everything I asked her to do. We do not use them all the time, but when they do come they help my mother do her exercises and with baths.

They were very prompt in returning any calls or giving me any information. They provided their personnel at the time they said they would. When I need someone, I will call them. Some days it was meaningful and other days it was not because he was only half conscious or slept most of the time they were here. We felt their knowledge and experience was something we wanted to have on hand so if the situation changed they were much better to handle it then we would be. We felt it was important to have them on hand.

They appear to care. The caregiver I have now appears to care. They've made it much easier because I was down to one shower a week, now I have three. It's made a huge difference.

Turnover by staff is absolutely terrible. My grandmother went through so many caregivers I lost track of how many she had. Worse than that though was the fact that items in the house started to go missing. She has never had anything stolen before and the only change was the bright star employees being in the house. Items that went missing: a $1300 neckless, $300 cash, phone chargers, williams sonoma kitchen towels that were a gift from me, her steak knives, and a few other household items. Ownership did not care and defended the workers saying it couldn't be proven and they made no effort to reimburse for the losses even though they are insured against this happening. I wouldn't refer them to my worst enemy.

I felt very confident with BrightStar Care. I think the caregivers were very competent and prepared. It's nice to have caregivers who are very nice to me, and I didn't even have any problems with them.

BrightStar Care at least calls and follows up and makes people available. BrightStar Care has helped me twice a week by giving me a caregiver to come by and take care of my mother.

BrightStar Care has had excellent caregivers for a long time. The caregivers have stuck around with us. The company is so good that the employee's stay with them for a long time. BrightStar Care has helped my husband get to his doctor appointments and do things that I am not able to do myself.

BrightStar Care has pretty good people for the most part, but I have had a problem with the staffing on a few days. My mother is not very happy with BrightStar Care sending different caregivers all the time, and a few have not been to her liking. For me however, it is great because I can go to work!

I would tell a friend that BrightStar Care was always here, and I didn't have to worry about someone not showing up. BrightStar Care made life easier because I couldn't lift my husband and they were able to transfer him and bathe him.
