For a while it was not as good. The girl that comes out is very good and I am happy with her. She goes above and beyond to help me. I would like them to be more prompt when getting my information to my insurance.

They do a good job taking care of my loved one. This frees me up to do the things that I need to do. This is more of an internal deal. It takes them a long time to process my invoices. We pay them by the week and we don't get our money back for at least 6 or 7 weeks.

The quality of the caregivers that they have provided has made her happy and more joyful throughout her day. They could maybe have more skilled caregivers. It seems like there is a really high turnover, and there's always someone new.

My mom has Parkinson's disease and I work full time. There is someone here not just for a wellness check, but to help ensure she has her needs met. I have peace of mind that she's being taken care of as much as possible. They're very professional and very attentive. They're really good at communication. The aide and I are kind of pen-pals, and we keep a notebook of all the things going on.

They have been really flexible with the caregivers there. They have been helpful with the billing and insurance company. There was some turnover with the caregivers early on, but once they got stabilized they were great.

There are a lot of things that are needed and they pick up the slack when they are here so I do not have to work as hard. They care for my husband and they do a good job. He has trouble with swelling, so they message his legs.

They helped with Physical Therapy but they stopped that, even though it was the most important. They are very convenient.

The owners are very nice and they want to make sure that I have the perfect fit for the caregivers. They are not sitters, these girls get up and do things. They see what needs to be done.
