I am a current client of this provider
The people that work for Trinity Personal Care are just excellent. My mother's caregiver is extremely competent, caring, and trustworthy. I'm impressed with the quality of their employees. Work ethics are excellent. She's very conscientious, she knows what she's supposed to do, and she is excellent at making sure that my mom is cared for. The management are just very professional, and they have been very wonderful and very accommodating.

Trinity Personal Care is a licensed personal assistance service agency serving the Dallas area. Owned and operated by two Speech-Language Pathologists and a Certified Public Accountant, Trinity provides routine, non-medical care to clients in the comfort of their own home. Trinity believes in helping clients age in place, whether that means helping clients recover from a recent illness or injury or providing supportive, supplemental assistance on an ongoing basis.
Trinity's mission is about the clients it serves: "We are called to be a reflection of God's unconditional love to those we serve, with special concern for the sick and the elderly. This mission inspires us to provide quality, compassionate care to our clients, supplementing and supporting the efforts of their families and caregivers. We believe that the highest standards of care should be delivered with dignity and respect for those in physical need."

To initiate services, a complimentary consultation is scheduled with the Alternate Administrator. During the consultation with the client and/or family, an individualized service plan is designed to meet the client's short or long term needs. Services can be arranged for as little as 5 hours per day, up to 24 hours per day, 7 days per week. Trinity does not offer live-in services, but does schedule 24 hour care in two, twelve hour shifts.
Please note that although Trinity does assist with transportation, its liability insurance policy does not allow Trinity employees to transport clients in their personal cars. Therefore, all transportation is provided by the caregiver utilizing the client's car. Trinity will also assist in arranging other transportation services such as taxi or private drivers for those clients who do not own private vehicles.
