I was having terrible back problems which made doing even small tasks around the house impossible. They sent a young gal who has been a Godsend!!! She goes out of her way to get laundry, housework, major sorting and all round help. I could not stay in my home without her help. I am so blessed to have her and all because of KoreKares.

They have recently added an older gal to the mix. She understands what I am going through and what my dad needs. The younger caregivers don't relate to the older people. They don't crack jokes, but they laugh at things. They need to be more understanding with the situation. I think they offend my dad sometimes. They could be more professional.

We are using Kore Cares for my sister. They offer house cleaning, taking her out shopping, and out to eat. So housekeeping and entertainment. We've been using them for a little bit now. Billing is a five, staffing is a four.

I hired Kore Cares for my dad. Their caregivers so far were so good, we haven't had any type of problem with them so we're good. My dad doesn't like to get up so they get him up, they shower him once in a while and do light housework for my mom. Their billing is an automatic, and it comes right out of my mom's checking account. They were really good in scheduling and working with my mom's schedule. So as long as she gives something to them in advance, they're good to go. We chose this agency because after laying everything out to my mom in terms of cost and schedule, including some of the things they mentioned over the phone. I left it up to her and she made the decision.
