We’ve only been with VNA for about 10 days so it seems to be the best solution to our problem at the moment. We haven’t actually got a bill yet so I can’t speak to that. The scheduling took a little bit together to be up and running but that’s not really the fault of the agency. That’s some other agency that kept me hanging. I have known people who have worked in the management of the particular company and caregivers from the past so I had history with them; I just went back to who I knew.
