I received skilled Medicare services for a very short time.I never knew when anybody was coming so I had cancel other doctors appointments to accommodate this. Poor interactions wth RN/Mgmt, no conflict resolution offered or support with my difficulties adjusting to health changes. Services suspended without notice, reason, blacklisted from On Call svcs, discharged the next day of the work week wth no assist to transfer to another Agency for help.

I am a current patient of VNA I have been a patient with their skilled and non-skilled services for over past 6 years. I have been very pleased with the services and the caring staff. I am grateful for their care and helping me maintain my ability to stay in my home. I would recommend them to anyone and have done so to my family and friends.

It all seemed great at the beginning and then there was very little follow through from most of the team members. Turnover for those in the field seems to be very, very high. Maybe that's the problem? They were all lovely; they just didn't help us much.
