It helps me out. I have had two knee replacements, which is the only reason I don't give him his showers. I want someone strong enough, and that's hard for them to understand. I don't want a skinny girl. She may be old enough and smart enough, but she's not strong enough. I would recommend them. They do a good job, except when they send me girls that are smaller than I am. The reason I don't give him a bath is because my children don't think I'm strong enough to do so. If he were to fall, I could fall with him. I don't like them sending me people who aren't strong enough to help him in and out of the shower. I've also asked them to send the same person every time, but they always send a different person every time. They don't serve dinner until 5:30, and sometimes, we don't get back until 7:00. The thing I didn't like was the last caregiver would get here at 10 minutes before 7, and I didn't want her there at that time. I only wanted her between 7 and 8. When they're good, they're very good, but when they're bad they're horrible.

They were educated, good quality, everything, but they got lost several times trying to find the house and they just didn't seem to be professionally dressed. It didn't bother me, but my loved one was not used to seeing someone dressed in casual clothing instead of scrubs. They were just not used to that, and scrubs would've been great. It's appropriate attire for a nurse, and it was just casual personal attire.

The care givers were kind and attentive to her needs and provided a much needed assistance to her during this time of need. While we currently do not need them long term at present, when the time comes, we will certainly turn to them immediately. Not only were the caregivers wonderful, the management team was engaged and followed up on a regular basis. We cannot say enough kind words about them.
