Sometimes they are not able to get a caregiver on the days that she wanted them to come. It would be better if it was more constant and worked with her schedule. I have not been thrilled with some of the caregivers sent to the house. There has also been a turnover of caregivers.

The caregiver we have been receiving works hard and diligently for any needs of my mother. If we aren't receiving a caregiver due to her obligations, then it becomes tough for us. The current aide has personal obligations that have caused her to cancel on occasions. They are recommending a replacement for the day, which isn't practical due to needing to learn routines with a new caregiver. When she is able to make it however, the aide is fantastic.

He is okay and has been improving, but his ability to understand my father's directions has taken him a while to get up to speed. It would be helpful if he could have gotten up to speed faster.

Having a mother who is determined to stay at home and not be in a nursing home has been paramount in our search for a quality care giving agency. Geetha, Reggie, Nathan and Latoya have consistently gone above and beyond to make sure that my mother had consistently good quality care coverage, throughout our working relationship with them. I have used other agencies over the past 10 years, but Right at Home, in my opinion, has been the best service provider agency, by far. I have, and will continue to use them for my mother. Her needs have not been easy, but they never cease to amaze me in their professionalism. I highly recommend them for your needs.

It's conditional because there are different groups of people coming in. They are helpful because I need a lot of private time to do things like shopping. I can't leave my wife alone. There are many times where I'm getting different people, and I'd like more consistent caregivers on the weekends and evenings. The day people are pretty consistent. My wife needs consistency because there's no foundation on consistency with caregivers. New faces don't help in keeping her on the straight and narrow.

They are more difficult than they need to be. Aides don't show, they are not prepped, not trained, and communication is poor. We need them, but it has been less than perfect. They could have better quality aides and more follow up.

Our experience to that point had been frustrating and very difficult. Reggie and his staff took over and there has been no looking back. Every caregiver has been well trained. They are compassionate and genuine. The office staff is wonderful to work with. They communicate with me on a regular basis and plan ahead as needed.
