About Visiting Nurse Association Health Group
Visiting Nurse Association Health Group is a voluntary, nonprofit, organization and the state's largest community health provider of home health, hospice, private care, and community-based care. VNA Health Group members- Visiting Nurse Association of Central Jersey, VNACJ Community Health Centers, and joint venture partners, Robert Wood Johnson Visiting Nurses, Cape Visiting Nurse Association, and VNA of Englewood- provide services to 120,000 individuals each year throughout New Jersey. With more than 1,600 healthcare professionals, VNA Health Group community-based services and in-home visits total nearly one million.

HOME HEALTH AID DAILY LIVING ASSISTANCE: Every aide is fully certified by the NJ Board of Nursing, receives a minimum of 12 hours of continuing education each year and undergoes a thorough background check including skill validation, criminal record, and drug testing. All aides and licensed staff are under the supervision of a registered nurse.
Daily Living Assistance includes:
