It's made things a lot easier for me. My mom is just going to complain, so if you asked her she'd say a 4 because she's not happy we have to have people help take care of her. They're doing a pretty good job. If they have issues, they call me. There's good communication for the most part. They're doing a pretty good job covering what we need covered and keeping in touch. If they had more people to hire for flexibility, that'd be wonderful. I like the flexibility, and it helps to be able to get to know the people coming to your home, and not have a wide range of people but a small group.
