One of the things that would be helpful is if they took notes on the individual clients. Instead of doing it all over again. The way the homecare provider can contact me. I have to be in person to even contact me back. They move things around and just because I leave a note doesn't mean they'll follow up.

There was one time that it was not a good experience, but I mentioned it to them, and they came out the next time much improved. That shows that they listen to criticism and strive to get better. I would definitely recommend them. There are some people that are better than others within the organization, but my caregiver is outstanding! I don't always have the same caregiver, though.
