My family used Comfort Keepers to assist both of my parents. I was very impressed with the management’s efforts to match the caregivers to my parents’s dispositions and requirements. I felt totally confident with leaving my parents in their care. Over the years, we considered the caregivers as part of our family.

I had some spine surgery and I had a caretaker for a couple of weeks from Comfort Keepers. It was very good. It was expensive, but I think they all are. Her personality matched mine very, very well. We got along, and we're friends now. Even though she's not my caretaker anymore, we still keep up with each other. I was very pleased with the selection. The person in charge matches the people up as much as she can and who's available at that time. I only needed her for two weeks. It wasn't a permanent situation. It was just to help me after I got out of the hospital because I live alone.

Comfort Keepers was perfect from the start! Their administrative staff has been so knowledgeable and eager to accommodate our needs. Their aides obviously benefit from the protocols and training that Comfort Keepers confers and we can always be confident that our caregivers are not only of the highest quality but are the best matches for our needs. We've received housekeeping, cooking, shopping/errands, and medical escort assistance, all of it top-notch. Our relationships with our aides run deep and the mutual respect goes a long way in cementing our very deep appreciation for their help. The agency's oversight is meticulous and they provide a near-instant response to any changes that need to be made. We cannot say enough for Comfort Keepers--they're like a second family on whom we can lean. Finally, TRUST is the bottom line and we're able to trust Comfort Keepers with the most precious commodities we have--our beloved family members in need of a little extra support.

Comfort Keepers has been supporting Mom remain in her home for several years. Caregivers are scheduled twice daily most days of the week with changes made as Moms needs fluctuate. Someone is always available when additional assistance is needed or I’m concerned about Mom. Coordinators ensure caregivers are a good fit for Moms needs. Caregivers are lovingly attentive making sure Mom is always comfortable. When a rare problem comes up coordinators are extremely responsive and understanding as they address any concern. Everyone in the main office has been remarkably supportive to me and Mom - the kindness and professionalism is exemplary. The quality of Moms life is enhanced because of the sensitivity of all at Comfort Keepers. I can’t imagine any better care. They have my heart felt gratitude.

They came out on a holiday weekend when no hospice would. The same day I called them. They told us not to worry. It was hard to arrange for hospice, but Ani told me they would be ready on any day that hospice could help. They kept their promise. Sadly, we only needed their services for a short time, as my husband passed away They were caring and loving. I would recommend

This is a good outfit. They've helped through heart surgery, spinal column surgery, and other matters. I live alone, so I need some help to recover. I've also had their caregives stay with me in the hospital. They generally provide intelligent, empathic caregivers. Sometimes if someone is less than ideal (for my needs), they are responsive and provide someone else the next time. The only glitch, sometimes, is that it helps to have caregivers who have their own cars (to help with shopping and such), and sometimes they can provide that... sometimes not. But generally, the provide responsible and capable support people, and I would certainly use them again if I need personal care support at home or in the hospital.
