They have helped the most in transferring from a bed or recliner to a wheelchair and back again at critical times during the day. The problem is that they are limited in terms of the hours that they are available for the regular services. They operate 9 to 5 and that's not acceptable to us before we usually get before 9 and go to bed after 5. They only provide regular service during that period. Outside that period there is a threefold increase in the cost. They require you to commit to 3 hours if outside during regular service hours.
