They have been really good with us. They come when we ask them at the hours that we set, and the staff is very nice. They offer everything -- they can do grocery shopping and take people to the doctors or to eat at places and things like that. They bill every two weeks, and the billing has been fine. I would recommend Homewatch Caregivers to everybody else. They were the only agency that was willing to come and see the person because nobody else had people in this area. They were more than willing to come down to meet, talk, sign us up, and get someone down here. They meet our needs very well.

We interviewed three different agencies and Homewatch CareGivers was the one that impressed me. We have been using them now for two to three months. The caregiver we have from them comes in once a week for three hours. My husband is comfortable with her. She's friendly and she fits right in. My husband likes her and that's what counts. We're very happy with her. I would recommend this agency.
