The services made a big difference. The caregiver helped the most with companionship, mainly. She did some tidying up and sometimes made the client something to eat. The caregiver got the client groceries and took her to the doctors. That was a big help. I just know the girl that came to help the client. All I know is that the care was good because the client never complained. I liked that they were very good to the client. It's a good service and I would recommend them.

The most helpful thing is that they keep his room in good order, they even hang his clothes. The caregiver picks up the slack from the facility staff. They give me a different view of the care, as well. The best part is the level of care, the attention the caregivers give to the client while they are there.

We had Silver Companions for my mother. She had two different caregivers at different times, and they were both really good. We were really satisfied with it. They would ask her if they could do things for her. We had no problem at all with the scheduling or the billing. I will use them again if I have to.
