I initially had them come for medicine check but now I have them come and help her with her shower and make sure that she doesn't fall.

I was getting calls when my loved one didn't understand why the other caregivers were there, though. Overall, it was good for us, but some of the people weren't the best for us. Some could work with someone who had dementia. Others didn't understated dementia at all.

The caregiver came once a week to fill my loved one's pill bottle and take vitals. Bill and his team were honest about what they could and couldn't do. If they couldn't' do something, they made sure I knew well ahead of time. Every service they committed to, they delivered. They wouldn't try to fake it if they couldn't do it or if they didn't have the staff. I appreciated that honesty.
