Griswold was highly recommended to us from a hospice care company. Rachel, our caregiver was the sweetest person. Believe it or not, she was like a family. She was so good to me as well as to my husband. When my husband passed away, she was comforting me and taking care of me. The management of Griswold was superb and great! They were very good with the services that they offered. The lady who came could have done almost everything for us. They did whatever they said they would do.

I worked at a long term care facility as a social worker. Griswold came in to do some presentation about their services. Then I became a referral source for them to a family that was struggling to care for their loved one at home. They actually cared for my social work clients. The thing that I could say about Griswold is that they responded quickly. They were very holistic in their approach. They met the needs of the family that wanted a social worker, other advocate or representative that tried to navigate services. They were very thorough with their care. They explored all amenities of assistance. I knew that they worked for the families with their 18 assistants from the veteran's administration which was a quite difficult process. They explored all angles to make sure that all of the clients' needs were being met. I knew that they did an intensive training and interview process for their caregivers. I was satisfied with the entire care. We had no complaints from the family that I referred to them. The families had expressed that they really felt supported in the process for exploring in homecare options to make sure their loved ones could stay at home.

The CNAs were wonderful, very caring, and polite. They were there in a timely manner. They met all my needs and helped my mother with tremendous care. They were not only giving my mom a caring companion but were also helping her to be active in her daily routines. They helped her in using the bathroom. They made her breakfast, lunch and dinner. They even took her for a walk. We used them for about four or five months. My mom now is a little better but if in case she will need a caregiver again, we will definitely go back to Griswold. I was very satisfied with their service. The management was fantastic. They made sure that there was always someone who took care of my mom. They usually send the same CNA who came in daily.
